Why is it that whenever I am on EB on my smartphone, my location is "Not Online", despite the head's being yellow. It is not like this on my computer.

@Endgame: Is there a chance that the Toxiproggs will work with the Party, or are we wasting our time trying to convince them?

I have a few questions: (Forgive me if the answers are obvious (some I already am relatively sure of); I just want to make sure that I run my Quest well.) Where can I find out: How to calculate Free Hits? How do SP and Shields(weapons) work? Are Spears ranged weapons? When fighting enemies with ranged weapons, does Row matter? I looked in the rules, but these are not discussed.

OOC: I thought that they should be. "Why don't we look about the Vault a bit more? Perhaps we will find a way to refine the Essences, or some more Consumables. It is not as though the ToxiProggs are going anywhere."
