First pictures of my elevated railway
Thanks, no custom vehicles, I only use official Lego design vehicles. I try to keep the town original as possible as well and only slightly mod somne of the buidlings and features. Thanks for all your comments and tips. The supports may look like the track may wobble and that the train would slow down at the bends but in actaul fact the track is really stable. This is because after every 4 sigle supports there is a double support and there are also two stations that are built on a solid platform. Once the track is all connected it became very sturdy and doesn't move at all when the train runs around. The train does slow down a wee bit at the bends but not bad at all. More pictures in detail of the whole of Legolia once I have cleaned it up a bit.

First pictures of my elevated railway
Hi I have been following these boards for the last few years and have been quietly working on my table town (called Legolia - population 204 minifigs)) I have just completed stage one of the elevated railway system so thought I would share it with everyone. More pictures of the whole town in next few days once I have tidied up some of the mess. Looking down the track towards the station Overview of the CBD and the elevated railway Picture of the harbour and beach Downtown Legolia!

Which is your favourite takeaway?
For me it is the Pizzeria. It is one of my all time favourite Lego sets. At present it is the only food outlet in my Lego town so heres hoping that TLG release a restaurant or something simalar next year as it has been quite a while since a food outlet was released.

What is the "Theme" of your Tabletop-town, city, etc?
My table top town name is St Vincent City. It is a modern city with mostly newish buloidngs and vehicloes wiht a couple of 1980s classics such as the Pizzaria etc. It has a harbour, an airport, two police stations, two fire departments and a hospital. There is a small residentail area with a couple of beach side houses. It has its own online newspaper although it has not been updated for a few months and still needs some more work done to complete it. You can check it out here: http://www.geocities.com/stvincentcity/ As St Vincent has had some major reconstruction I will put up some pics of the new town shortly.

Dude! that is briliant. I love the detail. From the outside it looks crisp and modern and on the inside you have packed in so many features - it is just like a real house. Well done. *y*
