Lerak

As promised a long time ago: Lerak Ironheart, Captain of the guard in a village close to the Avalonian border . (For villages, do I have to pick a name, location and story myself, or is there a map/list with avaible villages? Thank You)(It is supposed to be situated north-west of Tower 1 on the map on the first post, close to the river.)

Is there a maximum surface allowed for creation? Current surface is 55*108 studs. I am (trying to) build a small city/village, situated near to the borders of Mitgardia and Avalonia.
