hello, 2S lipo batterys can be used with no problem with lego components (i do not know what minimum voltage the sbrick needs) but if you want to use 3S batteries you will need a volt regulator like this http://www.jameco.com/1/1/105-mc7809ctg-standard-regulator-9-volt-2-2-amp-3-pin-3-tab-220-rail.html 1S lipos can be used with a 9V booster with this a smaller form factor can be achieved https://www.pololu.com/product/2116 (low output current between 250mA and 350mA !!!!!!) source for lipos : http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__86__85__Batteries_Accessories-Li_Poly_All_brands_.html -
