I like the books better. Mainly because you can included more backstory and information in books then you can in movies. I also really enjoy some of the characters from ROTK that we don't really see in the movie.

If the visor doesn't attach to the helmet where does it attach. Also i can't seem to find the technic pieces in the elbow.
  3. I can't wait for christmas to get the hobbit sets. My favorite one so far has to be unexpected gathering or barrel escape. I love the elf minifigures in barrel escape.
  4. My only complaints about this set are that it comes with Legolas and Tauriel. Both characters aren't in the book. I guess I'll have to put up with that in the movie.

The pet and the hands are my favorite parts of this moc.
  6. None of the stores in my area have released the wii yet. Does anyone know why? They have all the other systems, but they said they haven't been sent the wii version yet.

I got nex and stringer at my local target. Breez was at toysrus. There might have been more sets at target but all of them had been sold out except for two nex and one stringer.

I just got Voltix at my toysrus. The only summer sets there were Bulk and Voltix though. I'm hoping that more will come soon.
  9. I just got my copy of the game today and it came with a free poster and one of the comic books that come with the sets. I also got a free cat women cycle chase because of the promo at Toysrus. A free poster, set and comic.
  10. My dream lego license was Lord of the rings. I got that so I guess I'll have to think of a new one. I still want to see some more of the Lord of the Rings sets first though.
  11. My favorite was Helm's Deep. I have wanted a Helm's Deep set for some time now. I own Shelob Attacks, Gandalf Arrives, uruk-hai army, and Helm's deep. I just think Helm's deep looks the most impressive and I had lots of fun building it. I do have to say though I like all these sets and the characters the come with each are amazing.
  12. Bionicle has a better story and characters. I also prefer the bionicle building system better than the hero factory building system. the only thing that I like better about hero factory is the system where the ball sockets don't break. While I think both are good I much prefer bionicle. I think if maybe hero factory keeps coming out with more sets and it gets to where you can build a wider variety of things with the system I might enjoy building with hero factory more. I just can't ever seem to be able to create a moc that I really like out of hero factory parts. I hope hero factory will one day receive a better story.
  13. In the books Sam sees Gollum, but he doesn't in the movies. In the books Sam never leaves because of crumbs on his jacket.
  14. Isn't one of Shelob's eyes shut because Sam stabbed it out with sting. I know that happened in the movie I can't remember if that happened in the book or not.

This is one of my favorite lego Mocs that I've designed. I got the idea from building with kids blocks. When you pressurize the blocks against the sealing and floor the tower stays up. I did the same thing with my lego sword. I also built a castle and a battle scene around it. The sword is supposed to look like it was stabbed through my shelf. My favorite part is the handle. (Sorry for the fuzzy pictures.) Full sword Handle Middle of the blade (Says lego) Bottom of the Bade
