  1. Could be, but then front 56 tractor tires and rear? I also thought that this years 948 would be based on Zetros tires due to parts count...
  2. @Maaboo35, if front wheels would be 81mm (from Zetros); I'm affraid they are too small, but idea is very good actually My idea is something like this, but it seems to big...
  3. I'm affraid Lego economic will step into and we will get dark bluish gray one
  4. That is not possible with current parts if you don't want to have holes every few studs; just try to think about 1954 Mercedes Benz 300SL (W198) bodywork I think last few years we had an aboundance of cars in Technic lineup
  5. Why, set(s) has only 2 (driving) rings; not 10 ...and only 2 tires...
  6. You just read my mind. It looks great indeed. To see how great B models you gentleman made from car sets, you are temoting me to buy Sian (without box and instructions) and made lime Miura. But as @Alex Ilea said time is a key factor.
  7. When you mentioned Docs face, it remind me when I had injury at work (glass felt by itself on my hand when I walked to my workspace...). I ended in emergency room (in hospital) and (male) nurse forgot to give me local anestesia or whatever (and I thought that stiches must be done without anestesia because Doc worried that nerve on my left thumb (which I use writing this post) can be damaged, because he mentioned that possibility...). After hand was wrapped Doc said that I'll have some unpleasent feeling of stinging after anestesia worns out; and his jaw droppes when I asked what anestesia. Actually it was not bad at all (during surgery) just stinging during wound cleaning and desinfection and of course during stiching...now only little scar reminds me on that, but when I got to emergency with my wife after that the same Doc turned pale...my lesson is to better to stay away from doctors, whatever you do, you can't please them. Looking forward to see CAT building process to continue in few days. Kind regards my friend
  8. The only important thing is that you'll be ok (anyway sh...t happens all the time)
  9. At first I thought (based on brochure) that it is just behind transmission, but looking other images it seems like it is inside transmission housung... @Maaboo35, on sunset I can go and search for (a kind of) stick, but brochures (on which I'am automatically redirecting due place where I am) cover larger articulated haulers (35, 40, 50, 60) and as image representation of drivetrain it is used on model 40. Of course if Your Highness has this kind of image with AH60 showing drivetrain, I think @Ngoc Nguyen would find it usefull
  10. If it helps; motor output is to central differential... ...or better to say to transmission (it is between front axle and central differential)...
  11. I'll probably also use regular wheels because Defender wheels are really expensive...but everything when time is right
  12. ...when they will be available...
  13. Ok. Keep my fingers crossed that you'll be able to fix it very soon
  14. On one side I admire your fast development in digital environment, but this is why I ended up on old school development; manual. Manual is the only way to be certain that some solution works in real life. I suppose steering modes don't work becsuse you put cab one stud backwards?
  15. I understand; since I use mobile phone didn't notice that you use thinner wheels / tires. To use a kind if floating differential needs (I suppose) additional space
  16. Yes, real Tatra has only one central axle (if I remembered correctly), so I've tried to make something realistic, but I don't need locking differentials. If 6 x 6 dish could cover Defender wheel (which I doubt due holes near rim), then I could implement with 36 tooth gear instead of 20 tooth...of course when it will be time for it (now it is time to cut and chop firewoods because it is dry enough). You were wondering when I mentioned that I need 21 studs overall width with tires, since your 8 x 8 (I think it was second version with 12 bevel and 28 double bevel gears) is 26 studs wide (I'm a bit lazy to search forum and post a link to ...)... No worries; in complex live in modern society we tend to forgot things in order not to burn out
  17. Now you could make huge poster of Lego Technic boxes since you have lots of sets Tomorrow is the most important day then. Good luck with purchase and happy building.
