  1. that is also true; one's imagination is unlimited
  2. Then we wait for next week; one picture is like 1000 words
  3. ...hm and what is 42068? If I'm not mistaken 42069 is some tracked adventure wehicle like 42038-B model, or I have wrong glasses when I was reading previus posts? At least 42070 we have "leaked" image for philosophying...
  4. ...and could be some forest equipment with small tractor tires...small wersion of this http://www.werner-trier.com/1/wf-trac/4-x-4/
  5. ...just small fact that could support your pattern hypothesis - most of garbage trucks are indeed in "42039 bright green" as you said earlier
  6. I know what you're speculating, but at the end there is management in TLG that decides what will be released which year, I assume they have limited number of different parts per year...but let's us keep speculation about small piece of info that we have for this year second half sets...
  7. If that makes you happy... ...and 41999 isn't that small set
  8. ...if they are transparent enough...from 42063 set it looks like some foggy thansparent and not clear one
  9. Just some examples for winch... in 2007 http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=8273-1#T=S&O={} In 2013 http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=41999-1#T=S&O={} in 2014 are more than one...like this small set http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=42027-1#T=S&O={} ...so it is very hard to make some pattern for particular system or part appearance. Nice effort but there are some other "patterns" that are not patterns actually - look what is in common with 2010, 2012 and 2014 Technic flagships (they are fully motorized) and on the other hand what is in common with 2009, 2011,2013 and 2015 flagships (motorised main functions)... example in 2007 this part was introduced (it was 30th aniversary) https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=57519&idColor=3#T=C&C=3 In 40th aniversary there is model 42069 - would it mean that it will have new tread spocket wheels (for example bigger ones that could be used in perhaps new CLAAS Lexion harvester at the front???)? But important is that your intentions were good.
  10. Great Saddle Trac model, but I have just one question - Is this post not better suited to this topic? Now Imagine 6 cylinders fake engine and all wheel drive and pivoting rear linkage...
  11. You're right and since this is (probably) not licensed set it could be any color and to use all 6 wheels in B-model makes more sense.
  12. Forest harvester with 4 wheels could be B-model because forest equipment has similar tread pattern like tractors; forwarders with 6 wheels have 2 bigger (lets say model with 107mm tires at rear) and 4 smaller (at the front with 95mm if we want to maintain correct proportions). Offroad wehicles like Jeep usually do not have tires with tractor patterns but bigfoots have...
  13. ...yellow rims, hm!? driver is probably Rubber Ducky
  14. You're wellcome. This is cool with rear fat tire and narrow front just like old-school hot rod. Great model - so simple and so cool.
  15. ...something like this with tumbler tires - they are the closest to real allterrain tires
  16. Cool ratrod. Now imagine how cool it can be with tumbler tires.
  17. Things will happen when time is right. No need to worry about that, you'll meet Andres when it will be possible and precios info about 2H sets will be in time. Nurmberg toy fair is not far away, so relax fellow eurobrickers and enjoy snow-business.
  18. Or just follow http://zusammengebaut.com
  19. It looks like someone's engineer skils emerged... Now I see that Jim had similar guess...
  20. That make sence when we look at recent technic licensed sets: Unimog in 2011 "followed" by Arocs in 2015, Volvo loader in 2014 "followed" by Volvo excavator in 2016. From this it could be that we will have to wait year or few years for CLAAS harvester and smaller tractor tires...now I'll make angry face
  21. I understand you completely because I wait to see which other tractor tires will be released to determine which scale will be for my models. Example if Xerion tires will be biggest tractor tires then 1:18 scale will be best for something that I plan long ago (also powerpuller tires are useless for this project withouth stretching and have wrong tread pattern), but smallest unimog that I managed to make is 1:16 scale (with propper portal axles and suspension like on real mog) and I want to make propper Unimog to fit the scale. That would be a real headscratcher...
  22. That is what I have in mind last several months, but if I may say that since LEGO and CLAAS have cooperation and there is new CLAAS Jaguar 980 on the market so they (LEGO) could make a smaller model with 94mm at the front and 81mm at rear. And now visualize Jim's angry face - this is no wishlist topic, please concentrate on info we know about 2017 sets... ...something like this -
  23. Finaly I've found some time to take photos of my 1:16 Unimog U423 and upload them here https://www.bricksafe.com/pages/igor.ipsa/trucks/unimog-u423 Hope you will find something usefull in this gallery...
  24. We see almost finished models (or prototypes in final evolition stages) at Nuremberg Toy Fair, but info "leaks" usually earlier...
