  1. Is it to early to ask if someone has some info about second half sets?
  2. It looks like BMW bike has this part http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=26287&idColor=5#T=C&C=5
  3. Cranes are moslty painted red because of manufacturer and their deal with small cooperants (within them there are also paint suppliers) Wheeled machinery use outriggers for stability - tires have much smaller contact surface that tracks. Red and white stripes signaliza "oversize" parts of vehicle on the rod. Perhaps this article is helpful https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oversize_load
  4. Nice review, but it seems that Sariel's hamster is well feed since telehandler can't lift it The set is equipped with new parts in compatison to total parts count. Very decent small set overall. ...and there is also this review... https://youtu.be/5uuBqKjW3N0 but this one is better https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZchXqaNlHsw me too. I'm very curious about it 70th biorthay for Ferrari, license with Mercedes, Volvo, CLAAS...and with 40 Years with LEGO technic there should be something temptin in the oven
  5. ...but Your Slowakian does not suck as google traslator...even Indians english is better
  6. Shocks are rotating so you can have lower part on suspensio ant upper on chassis so it is dooable, but I'm currently finishing my Unimog U423 and work on some telehandlers, so I can not make prototyp photos again. There is one more think about this shocks - they have 2 different traveling ways...you'll be surpeized
  7. Years ago I've made from with those shocks (very good for steering) http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=48912c01&in=S image but I took it apart. After that LEGO made Unimog wheels which would be usefull If you plan to make city car as model, so I agree with your post
  8. I understand that you want to improove existing concept, but I think that you should try with McPherson suspension - it is smaller and gives you more space for additional finctionality, or at least bigger trunk (which is last thing needed in porsche). Statement that I made was result of my "reading" through posts when people comment LEGO 42056 set, it is not ment to describe your work as something bad (it is better that original one), but to give you some kind of hint or direction what should you try or at least to think about it. you see the whole idea of making model (and LEGO licensed sets are models made from LEGO parts) is to make it authentic as posible.
  9. Do not get me wrong, but all this "modifications" look unreal. I can understand when LEGO tries to use this http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=15459&idColor=86#T=C&C=86 instead of leaf spring...or when you try to make narrow axle so you use gears and different arrangements for differential or whe you just add mechanical drive to model that has in reality hydrostatic drive but in this case where suspension is possible to make it completely mechanical... Real GT3 has this kind of suspension http://www.guideautoweb.com/en/galleries/28495/porsche-cayman-gt4-vs-911-gt3-rs-the-fight-for-first-place/?im=17, (this image shows the essence) and all of those improvisatons look wired to me. I beleive that there are a lot of eurobrickers who share my thoughts.
  10. If someone is interested here is another review, not as good as ones made by Pavel, but it is preety decent http://brickset.com/article/24959/review-42060-roadwork-crew
  11. It is more precize with liftarms and it is easier to synchronize 4 wheel steering with liftarms than with gear rack
  12. Looks like this part in yellow on plane B model https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=87408&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 And worm gear was noticed on 42060 and 42062
  13. Wow panels heaven, specially black trapesoid ones. Honestly I like B model more based on those images. Thumbs up dokludi. btw when we shall expect your famous replica of this set?
  14. that's not bad it seems like people write even more useless comment than this one of mine...which is unbelivable
  15. ...and Jim would say this is not a wishlist topic
  16. Well since the wheels are extremely at the side of helicopter, only with usage os universal joints it will be possible to transmit rotation from wheels to fake engine which is highly unlikely...and wedge belt wheels are not noticable here inside helicopter on experimental plane (B-model). so it seems like it is just fake engine for display or for playing with rotors...
  17. Could be, but because of light efect on B-model I'm not sure about that. It would be usefull to have this piece in light bluish gray, because panels are lighter that beams on the same surface...
  18. and it looks like this one is in light bluish gray for the fist time in set 42060? http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=15458&idColor=11#T=C&C=11 or isi it in dark bluish gray like allready seen on bucket wheel excavator, etc...
  19. It seems so...what a big surprise
  20. two universal joints - if you look closely bevel gears are in the middle to transmit rotation from rear wheel to moddle of the engine where is crankshaft... the dark bluish gray axle with pin hole in the middle part is the same part is in 42060 on excavator... and release this part in black http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=18940&idColor=5#T=C&C=5
  21. for this purpose you need additional wheel - and this is highly unlikely, or they make a BIG surprise and make levitation BMW 1200 GS Adventure bike
  22. that make sence. Rear box can be openet upwards...and side boxes backwards...at least it looks like this
  23. true , my miscalculation about front part... I appologize for that
