2004/2005 Sets and discussion thread
Sure I'll try from the outside of the box, but I won't get to open mine till Christmas day, DARN! And I gotta make sure my wife saves enough of my 'budget' for them all.

2004/2005 Sets and discussion thread
Well I have requested '3' cases of each of the new SW sets, we'll see what they delivery and yes they will be available in our store, for actual physical shopping, for the week before Christmas, but for sure stock will be limited, first come first served I think.

I am scheduled to get the new SW sets shipping to our store around Dec 15th, so should have it by 20th, in time for Christmas!!! So in North America some things should be available. very limited quantities, I get one case only of each item.

Not sure when TRU is getting them up here in Canada, so I figured I'd offer some up before those arrive. 7019 - 70 USD - 100 CAD 7018 - 50 - 70 CAD 7017 - 20 - 30 CAD 7016 - 10 - 15 CAD email buyer@lastingtoys.com and we'll arrange something.

Anyone looking to swap Dino Attack for Dino 2010?
I was thinking if there are a few people close by each other that want to put together a large box of Dino Attack from over here in North America, I'll swap it for Dino 2010 stuff that I am sure a few collectors over here might be interested in. I can barely keep the Dino Attack stuff in stock right now, another 10 units of each coming in a day or two. So if anyone is interested in trying to work out the logistics on this we can try. Shipping is a bit of a hit coming from Canada since it's by volume (not weight) and given the stupid USD/CAD conversion our rates are 20-30% higher than they used to be just on conversion alone. BUT I AM WILLING TO TRY!

Images of Dino's European version !!!
Bricklink (and used to be evilBay as well) but also hopefully in the next month or so Retail. We have a small warehouse and have been stashing away LEGO sets for the last 3-4 years. I'll post another message in the other forum. Not sure how it will work yet, since shipping is a killer these days.

Images of Dino's European version !!!
And if any Europeans want to swap European sets for North American sets, I am sure we can work something out, I just placed another order for more Dino Attack since I almost already sold out. BUT I know some collectors will want the European sets. And as long as we make the deal/swap big enough the shipping won't kill things. any takers?

i need a container grabber
You can also check for service pack 5078, which has a bunch of crane stuff, but also a complete grabber set, including rubber pads etc.

Final 'Vikings' Box Pictures
For sure in North America Vikings are not scheduled to be available to the average dealer/store. ToysRUs might get them, since they quite often get special deals/things much earlier than other dealers (ie lots of stuff this summer they have been selling we will not see till August). But Vikings is not in any price list I have seen/catalogs for deals, so shop@Home will be it for now.

Mega Blocks stink
The product is surely not as a good a quality as LEGO, but that's not all that judges a product. LEGO is getting killed for shelf space everywhere I shop these days. Walmart is down to 10 feet or so, but the MegaBlocks is like 20 feet, NOT GOOD!!!!

Vikings - Europe only?
And I wouldn't worry too much, there are some resellers in Europe working to make sure Dino is available over there. Right now currency conversions make it doable to buy Dino over here in North America, ship to Europe and still be able to sell for a decent price. THE SAD THING IS THE REVERSE IS NOT TRUE, I can not find a source for Viking EVEN AT WHOLESALE that can convert to USD lower than the expected shop@Home price. SO buying Viking is going to be shop@Home only for now.
