  1. /Reads post. /Raises eyebrow. /Looks to see if some slipped something in his coffee. (Lovely MOC build - no clue what that story was all about. Ostriches?)
  2. Lol. No, you misunderstood me. I would have sided with the underdog by Lotii. Unfortunately, they now face Oleon (the strongest fleet sailing by far… they even worry me), Corrington, Carno, and now a PC pirate. It’s way too slanted a playing field to bother. Heck, it would be over already if the Reds could stop losing capital ships. 😜 I was musing more about two ‘minnows’ having a little intercine trade war I could stick my nose into and maybe go semi-legit. No worries though - I’ll just continue picking daisies.
  3. @Khorne I just read the new Farstrider Guide update. They are top notch! Thanks for putting in that level of effort. Question: Is it possible to get a bullet in the Diplomacy Section on how a nation reacts to black-flaggers/privateers? I miss the old days of Legostone/ESL bidding for my services against Mardier and the Letters of Marque, and I am curious if some NPC nations are of similar mind. (Yes, there is the Lotus/Carno fracas but that has become woefully one-sided and I'm not suicidal )
  4. A great ship for sure. The water though in the first few pics - that was dazzling.
  5. This was a nice effort at solving a mistake. A tip of the hat to @LM71Blackbird

That use of azure is quite striking. I really like how your build come out with it. Good ‘idea steal’.
  7. Popped in to see if a light was on in the print shop. Nope. Regardless... Happy New Year!
  8. The Tulip story is a gift that just keeps on giving. I really liked the chandeliers (banadeliers?), but the whole thing is cleverly funny as per usual.
  9. That statue is great! Nice job with the columns as well.
  10. Nicely done. Captures the ‘feel’ of being underground perfectly.
  11. That is some inspired building. The sheep idea was genius.
  12. That’s a nice ship you have there. Good job

Jiminy Cricket! Not only are those some lovely ship builds (the hulls are great but your rigging work drew my eye. I don’t have the skill/patience for that level), that is a fleet with some clout. A class 8, three class 7, and a class 6 are going to ruin someone’s day. Glad I fly the black too ‘cuz I don’t want to tangle with that.
  14. Both churches look great, but prefer the single tower one. Also, Sasha looks suspiciously like Snake Plissken to me.
  15. I got a ‘Lucky Luke’ vibe from this, if you get the reference. The super bright colours and those rounded clouds give it all a cheery comic book feel. This ongoing tulip 🌷 theme is of course unique and … a little nuts. I love it.
  16. It is absolutely gorgeous Professor. Great lines, great colour scheme, and great name/theming (great photography too to show it off properly). I was happily stunned when I saw your MOC. #perfectionmeme Of course the unspoken rule of BoBS is that it will sink first time out because it hit a drunk sea turtle or something equally dumb; quality of the ship build is always inversely proportional the to luck it has in the MCRA.😜
  17. I’m envious of your Viking ship hull. I’ve always wanted one myself. Looks like a fun ship build/problem to solve and great dialog alongside. I think the hull has one too many colours (black, green, red, brown), but I figure it’s a collection constraint so no big deal.
