This is fantastic looking. Love the interior! If I ever get the time I'd want to build this from scratch and it have next my og-GG.

My son's first MOC
This is great. At his age I was still following the instructions to a t. I didn't have any creations that looked this great :)

First Historic MOC -
One of two Dreamcasts! I've got MvC2 somewhere around. I've run out of inputs on my TV tho.

I'll definitely take a look into it. It took me forever to finish this one. I've lurked the GOH sub-forum before, but didn't think I'd have much to offer as I'm pretty slow when it comes to producing my own work. Thanks - Will do, once I get those final pieces set :) Edit: I just now realized I didn't even finish giving my thread a proper title. Apologies to all.

First Historic MOC -
You'll have to forgive me, since I'm new here and this is my first MOC. A couple of years ago I came out my own dark ages and jumped back in to the Lego scene. I got a lot (okay - a ton) of inspiration for this piece from Derfel Cadarn's and Mark of Falworth's work. I wanted to focus on three aspects - 1. Build my own brick built rock formations 2. Use the loose brick technique for the water 3. Follow the round tower technique in Cadarn's guide The only thing left for me to do is find some pieces to tidy up the corners of the base. Once that's done I think I'll leave it be for a while. Hope you enjoy the images and any feedback is appreciated! And the back of the tower even has a little poo shoot...

NEW TIE INTERCEPTOR
Both of your Tie fighter model updates look fantastic. They look much closer to the real thing in my mind.

LEGO 10240 Cockpit Stickers applied using water?
Will the water under the sticker dry over time, still leaving the residue (or 'sticky') in tact?

MOC: 2010 Lego City Hospital CC style
This hospital is fantastic. I might have to look into purchasing the instructions and snagging all the parts. As a part of the medical community myself, this takes me back to the days when I did work in a clinical environment. Again, awesome - awesome! - work.

Ahh. Far from me. I'm up on the northside in Alpharetta.

Howdy from Georgia.
Hey Rob - Welcome! I'm a GA resident as well.

Greetings from Atlanta, GA
I cannot wait for the store to open in Alpharetta! I work at Verizon's HQ up there. I can foresee many purchases at that store once it opens. I stopped by the Discover Mills store once too. I need to get back out there and make use of the pick-a-brick. (First I gotta' get some shelving to put all my purchases on though.) =P Thanks for the links. I'll check emm' out !

Greetings from Atlanta, GA
Hi there, I know this is the "Euro"-bricks forum, but I see some other members from the states floating around. Figured I'd join in on the fun. My name is Chris, 28 y/o AFOL, currently living in the Atlanta area. I'm an avid runner in my free time, and I've recently gotten back into Lego after years of not touching a brick. Most recently I snagged the Fire Brigade, Grand Emporium, Obi-Wan's starfighter, and a few smaller Star Wars sets. I find the modulars fantastic and hope to create MOCs that will fit with the retail sets. I just need to find out where my mum stored all my Lego sets from when I was a kid. She told me she kept the instructions, so I might be sitting on a goldmine of sets that need to be re-built.
