Is that new astromech R3-M2!?

I have this feeling that the new Imperial Hovertank is going to be a Rebels set. As we saw some Phrase 2 Dark Troopers in the rebels trailer I wouldn't be surprised if we saw M-2 Hovertank (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/2-M_Hover_Tank) as it is a canon vehicle making even more connections with the Star Wars Commander mobile game. Can't wait for the Vader Transformation set. I bet we're going to get a 2-1B medical droid or even maybe a FX-series droid!

Maybe many have already noticed this but what is a battle droid doing in this set? Was it in the movie because I totally missed it if it was the case. Also what's with he inclusion of these battle droids in these new sets? Are they really necessary?

Love the new inclusion of a 3PO unit in the advent calendar. I hope it is E-3PO. The new Juggernaut looks pretty bad in my opinion. Every time a new one comes out the smaller it gets. It's suppose to be a large vehicle even bigger than the AT-TE. Also not a fan of the new X-wing. I mean its cool and all but it's almost exactly the same as the black and orange one and the figures are also very similar. I wish they include M9-G8 or R2-KT. Or even better Poe's other unnamed black R0 unit droid. Also you cannot put a generic astromech in the new X-wings which is very disappointing for an astromech fan like myself. For the other figures the Bullhead pilot would have been fantastic or for fan service Nien Nunb. There were so many alternatives for this set... I'll probably get the 75150 Darth Vader's Tie Advanced vs A-Wing Starfighter and I'll definitely get the advent calendar. Not sure if I'll get anything else this wave as my wallet is already empty from the winter 2016 wave.

I think the Obi-Wan interceptor having an droid slot is meant to be a play feature. I personally don't like R4-P17 sticking herself up too high, but if you remember ROTS She gets beheaded by buzz droids. By making her stick up a little higher than that of the previous designed droid slots will make children easier to plop up the droids head without having to take out the droid from the droid slot. By doing this the battle damage to R4-P17 will be much more present than if all of the body was pushed into the droid slot fully which will show the battle damage to imitate the scene from ROTS .

I though about the same thing too. The last X-wing had the head piece of R2-X2 which if you also bought the advent calander with the christmas tree R2 you can combine it to make a full R2-X2 mini figure. I really want the new R6 series astromechs as they are present on the resistance X-wings in The Force Awakens and also a new LEGO dome piece is present for the resistance battle pack and the droid escape so that piece might come to use? Also give more love to the R4 units! We have a Lothal astromech but no R4? Come on...

Yes!!! R6 UNITS are conformed in lego! (not really) (they are is the movie though) but look at those engines on the escape pod and also the resistance battle pack. They could of just reused the R5 series head but no they made a new piece for the new head model. (or at least I hope it is) I just love astromechs.
