"Around the Red Siren"
Nice Excelent details, like the emptying of the bucket-o-poo, "sneaky man in barrel", the guy defending his kitchen and the crane with the shark attached (I had allmost the exact same idea for a crane ) . And again, like with the other mocs from you that I've seen, you managed to capture that "alive" feeling again. That gentleman in the 3rd to last picture was trying to sell "some fine leather jackets" to me the other day

What are your 3 Most Wanted LEGO Sets of All Time?
A nice monorail set, probably 6399 - Airport Shuttle or 6991 - Monorail Transport Base (or both ) A castle from the 80's, maybe 6081 - King's Mountain Fortress And a pirate set, probably 6277 - Imperial Trading Post (I'd go for 6286 - Skull's Eye Schooner or 6285 - Black Seas Barracuda, if I didn't have it allready)

Peril in Peru on S@H
50$? That's less than half the price it is in Europe (32€ to 65-75€)! The real prices should be 50€, 75$ and then the US still would have it cheaper after conversion. Did lego just "accidentally" switch the $ and € sign or what? Again, just like with all the exclusives and special offers in the US, this is a big "scew you" from lego to Europe (and possibly the rest of the world). Lego is getting more ridiculous with its price differences every day. And then to think I was thinking of buying this set,... well not anymore.

The Universe logo + minifig
Woohoo, I'm finally right about something ... Indeed a nice logo, is this some kind of promotional "brick" that lego hands out at events? (well, more like promotional plates if it is)

New TLC molds.
That would be nice, but I'd like a 1,5 stud long version better (with the 0,5 stud being flat), for a window-sill.

6981 Aerial Intruder review
nice review This seems like a great set. Seeing stuff like this (and things like mega core magnetizer) make me really want to buy lots of great space sets, unfortunately I cannot afford it next to pirates

The Universe logo + minifig
The "U" is a minifig hand, so it's probably something like: "the universe is in your hands"

Personalising The Black Seas Barracuda
Welcome to Eurobricks. Nice additions you have in mind. But I'd suggest you'd also put the figurehead on top of a hinge brick so you can have it at an angle and also putting an extra cannon on each side (+1 cannonflap per side of course). Only I think 30-40 crew would be a bit much, I've tried about 20 and that was full enough allready. offtopic: by the way, why aren't there that many SES mods? Is it rarity?, because I'd love to see modded SES-es (also for inspiration for my own, I seem to be stuck at the moment, I'm making it only 2 mid hull-sections, instead of the standard adding of hull-sections ).

Fabuland Farm
Nice moc Only I hope for the occupant of the house that the fireplace is fake, since there's no chimney (unless it got photoshoped away) , he might die of smoke-inhalation otherwise.

What New Themes or Sets would you like TLG to make?
Next to the standard pirates (which go before anything else ): - Something arabic styled like mentioned before (camels, oasis, nomads etc.) - In general: more animals (chickens, sheep, cows, pigs etc.), maybe combined with a farm theme?

Which Official Pirate LEGO Sets Do You Have?
Bought 6232 - Skeleton Crew, 6247 - Bounty Boat and 6259 - Broadside's Brig today, just waiting till they ship/arrive, I'll add them to my list when I have them. All duplicates (or triples) of sets I already have, but my imperial and pirate armies are slowly growing . Still not that big, with only a 110 pirate themed minifigs total I think, but at least I have every pirate theme torso (even got "steve" twice, only 1 of them has a cracked torso), except the islander female .

PICTORAL REVIEW: 6264 Forbidden Cove
Yeah, you could do that pretty easily, just about every islander set is still pretty cheap. *gotta buy some more before everyone realizes islanders are awesome and prices go sky-high But what's up with the people voting it 2/5 and not commenting?, what could be so bad about this set? It is at least better than some "classic" pirate sets.

PICTORAL REVIEW: 6264 Forbidden Cove
Probably the best islander set. It is great that both "factions" are equal in number and not that one of them is severely outnumbered like in most other sets. Nice looking stone mask and overall nice structure and usefull parts. (and I think it is the only set with the "islander prince" minifig, and the only without kahuka (even though it is possible to make him) 5/5

Buy ships for your MIGHTY fleet
You're welcome . Don't know if the prices vary that much per country/continent, but 90 euro's seems like a high price in every country (especially since I saw a misb 6290 (legend rerelease of 6289) for a 100 euro's a month ago). Are they really that expensive? Or is it just Australia? Because I don't think I've seen them go for that much in the Netherlands/Europe. If that was the case, I'd rather buy a BSB for that amount.

Dragons
The new ones are the ugliest ones ever, way too <insert that tiresome argument>, almost like duplo or megablocks. Viking dragons are the best, the old ones (and horntail) 2nd. New ones are not worthy of being in a top-list.

Is your member number a set number?
I'm a temperature sensor Ok, it's number 2980c01 instead of 2980 and not a set, but it's the closest (or the only one) I found. But one day nr. 2980 might be a great set (hopefully pirates )

Buy ships for your MIGHTY fleet
That is indeed far to much. I wouldn't do it either, and I actually want the set . Especially since I got my SES for just 7,50€ more (including shipping). My aim for the RBR is also about 50€ max. Just get the sets you really want first (like 6276).

Video through the LEGO Vault
Probably a fair amount more, judging by the very expensive misb sets like 375, 12v trains and the monorails to name a few and there are also multiples of at least some sets there. They must have multiple vaults, with multiple sets, since it would be a disaster if there was just one and it got wrecked somehow.

Buy ships for your MIGHTY fleet
This is actually on top of my wanted list (together with lagoon lockup), since I like it a lot from what I've seen in pictures (call me wierd ). I even like the sails on it, mainly because they're so different and not all sails are perfect, even though they are not realistic at all (but hey, it's lego). The hull, even though it has a nice colour scheme, could be kinda hard to use. But if you don't like it, don't buy it, simple as that. Especially if you don't like the sails, you're going to be paying too much, since sails are the most expensive parts of this set (or just about any ship for that matter). There are however some nice and rare parts, like 2 1x2x3 curved top window/lattice pane in yellow/white and the minifigs.

The first LEGO Pirate sets
Nice collection I want to build a set up like that with all my pirate sets once, but I'm way too lazy to search for all the parts in my collection (not that my collection is big or anything, but it is a mess), let alone put them all together Is that a 1788 - Treasure Chest peeking behind that forbidden island?

Dutch VOC ship the Prins Willim, minifig scale!
Looking like a masterpiece in the making Can't wait to see the finished moc.

Which Official Pirate LEGO Sets Do You Have?
Something to rival my BSB came in the mail today . From now on I'm a proud owner of a 6286 - Skull's Eye Schooner, in generally good shape (only the instruction manual is with punchholes, some white pieces are a slight bit yellowed and 2 mainsails have a small stain on them ), lots of parts are even in "like new" condition, even though a bit dusty. But there where also a few pieces missing unfortunately. But I think I got a fairly good deal (just like with my BSB I think). Next up is hopefully 6289/6290 - Red Beard Runner, so I would have "the 3" big ships, now to find one for cheap . Others on my wanted list (no particular order): 6267 - Lagoon Lockup 6268 - Renegade Runner 6271 - Imperial Flagship 6274 - Caribbean Clipper

Castle factions
Well I think that the dragon masters were an upgrade/expansion of the black knights, but personally I don't consider kk1 and upgrade/expansion to the royal knights (or royal knights to crusaders/lion knights for that matter), even though lego might have intended it in that way.

new lego parts packs
They've been available in the Netherlands for a couple of weeks now. Here's a review of them from lowlug: http://www.lowlug.nl/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5283 (it's in dutch, but the pictures speak for themselves) I don't like the new shutters at all, maybe I will in the future, but now they just look horrible compared to the old ones.
