@VBBN You are not the only one who is pissed off about badly scratched transparent parts. I've sent LEGO customer service several complaints including pictures with scratched windshields or other new transparent panels with no reply. It gets more frequent due to the new material being softer than the PC (poly carbonate) material used before and because parts are loosely packed together with sharp ABS parts. My Fiat 500 and the 2020 printed Speed Champions windshields were scratched, my Haunted House windows, even smaller Super Heroes cockpit parts. I don't understand why LEGO doesn't pack them in a separate bag especially the huge front windows for display sets. This new material for transparent parts also makes them look foggy and cheap looking, but LEGO said they changed it to achieve their sustainability goals for 2030 and that sadly we won't get the old material back. It's probably much more a cost saving reason since the old PC material required higher injection temperature and pressure, a slightly different sized mould (than for the same opaque element made of ABS) and these would also wear out quicker because PC has a higher friction coefficient. That's why it's illegal to stick e.g. a light-saber bar into a transparent cone piece. A child won't have enough force to get them separated.

I'm building my truck just now (136S0) and it contains the parts as shown in the picture. Runs super smoothly, but firing order is still unrealisticly 1-2-3-4.

Technic 2021 Set Discussion
Curious that Max Bersinger AG also leaked info/pictures of 2015 and 2017 LEGO sets and no license to sell was revoked then. Seeing the pictures, I am excited for the new parts and finally new tires in Technic sets. The only thing missing is a new tire for the bigger super cars with realistic thread pattern. And 2in1 is always welcome even if it's only applied to the smaller sets. So far the Osprey battery box will be missing from 1H2021 sets. Edit: Things I noticed: 1. The new Jeep 42122 tires will be used in the City tractor set 60287 as well. 2. The C+ Sand Buggy 42124 has 5x11x1 tapered panel in red or dark red. Maybe reused in Ferrari 3. The hovercraft has dbg 6x6 radar dishes not Toa Kopaka Mata shields at the back 4. 42123 McLaren Senna the hood has a new lbg fairing 2x7? similar to #21/22 fairing with pins and the Jeep has it in yellow. The 12L blue soft axle is nice and only been used in 1999 and 2001. Some sticker cover two 1x4 thin liftarms which is unfortunate. P.S. The blue Creator 3in1 Motorcycle has Spike Prime wheels.

But it would not fit since it's 3L and you need the 2L length. Also the 8z gears are pretty soft compared to a 12 or 20 gear. Imagine if TLG would have used the old type 8z gear without the reinforcement. Instant failure for sure! Never mind, the type 2 gear has the same performance as the old gear. Fun fact: the 12/20 1st stage gearing means the first z8 gear takes up about 8.8 N⋅cm (max. torque of C+ L-Motor) *1.6 = 14.7 N⋅cm when it pretty much starts to slip. So no wonder it deforms at high loads over time. With a PF L-Motor you would only get max. 11 N⋅cm. So all the re-bricks with PF might just work fine. Luckily the PF-XL motor doesn't fit :)

Yes, the blades cannot spin with horizontal engines at take-off and the LEGO ones are actually shorter than on the real aircraft. Max angle is about 45° for ground clearance.

Yes, there is a chance some axles can stick out too much and touch gears, but what he is saying is, that the tripple z8 gears are not intended for high torque which they get cause all functions run through them first. They probably got pre-damaged by allowing the end-stop clutches engage too long before shifting to neutral, nevertheless the motor has to struggle much more due to no gear reduction at the blades. They don't need to spin so fast for a safe play function anyway and previous Technic helicopters never had such fast spinning powered rotors.

So this will lead to more torque on the output and less on the input meaning no more damaged z8 gear as described by the reviews.

Could lead to additional strain. Please check the edges and if they rattle in manual mode. I also noticed this when modeling it in Studio. There is no room for error and axles tend to move over time.

Maybe CV-Joints could be used instead of universal joints. Would have been preferred anyway for constant rotation speed.
