I got a bag of brown versions of that same piece too, and I might just have to make a giant chocolate chip cookie!

@soccerkid6: Thanks for the feedback! I think that I'm gonna add some more tiles on headlight bricks, and maybe add some cracks into the walls, then I have to add two more 32 by 32 baseplates on the other side, and build the rest of the castle. @Angeli: Thanks, after getting a bag of those white triangles with clips at Brickfair, I had to put them to use. That tree is gonna end up in the center of the courtyard, I'm glad somebody noticed it!

Here's a WIP of my next free build, any feedback on what to change, or what to keep would be great!

Future LotR and Hobbit sets
I rethought my idea out and after realizing that Minas Tirith is a city built in tiers, TLG could release the tiers that major events occur on as smaller, more affordable sets that all attach together. For example, the bottom tier, complete with the main gate and the wall, and maybe a little barracks or something in the back could be called Siege of Minas Tirith, and could sell for like $70. Then there could be another set comprised of the citadel, the courtyard with the White Tree of Gondor, and a small "great hall" sort of thing, maybe under the great hall could be the mausoleum type thing that we see in the movie. That set would be about 50-$70.

These guys look great, awesome use of the Uruk bodies. Keep up the great work!

LOTR Project: The Return of the King
Excellent representation of Minas Tirith, big enough that it can include all the features that we want from it, yet small enough that it is not too expensive, I could actually see TLG releasing a set like that, have you sent in your designs? Brilliant work on the Caverns of the Dead set too, though one or two more oathbreaker soldiers would be welcome. Keep up the great work!

Future LotR and Hobbit sets
Do you guys remember the really old Harry Potter sets, the ones that all attached together to make the main castle huge? I want a Minas Tirith like that, one main set that would be like $150-$200, and other little sets that all attach on, such as the library where Gandalf does his research on the ring, the beacon tower, etc.

LOTR & The Hobbit 2012
So Weathertop is worth the $60? I've wanted to buy it for Merry, but I was having a hard time justifying the price-tag.
