Hi all, I was a fan of Space as a kid in the times of M:Tron, Blacktron 2, SP2, Ice Planet, Spyrius and Exploriens. Few months ago I accidentally stumbled upon Lego exhibition run by some local AFOLs. There was this huge M:Tron base ... and I was lost. Now, after countless EBay auctions, there is a lot of Space in my room (not much space for me though). I made a few posts here before but I introduce myself now (was busy with finishing thesis). Great and funny review. I wasn't big fan of SP2 color scheme but I loved their big models like Solar Snooper and Mediator (still don't have them). Another MOC find: SP2 Prison Train

Very nice find indeed! I've seen Blacktron 1 and Futuron MCMs somewhere before but the rest is lovely too. I wondered how Ice Planet Magnetizer would look like and now I know. And the amount of giant wheels on the group photo...

I'm glad you liked the MOC and the story. I hope I'll work out some story for M:Tron Deep Freeze Defender too. Thanks for welcome, will do. I was once browsing through some Legos on Ebay and found some ordinary M:Tron figs but with red helmets and black visors - and immediately imagined them as some M:Tron secret agents or elite soldiers. By the way, your space comic is great.
