I bought the May the 4th Han Solo minifig sealed from eBay for £10 I plan to pick up the A-wing and Battle of Hoth sets within the next month, as I'm very far behind on my 2013 purchases (I haven't bought any of the sets yet!) The Episode II sets from this summer line (along with the Sail Barge) made me realize exactly what I was missing this year if I didn't buy anything

Decided to go ahead and buy Dengar and IG-88 from Amazon. Just over £30 for the two, which is a pretty decent price, since they are from a £350 set. Hopefully, that will be all I buy Lego-wise until next year Now just got to wait a week or two for them to arrive, since they're coming from Canada and I live in the UK

They all look quite good. As before, I'll definitely be getting the Rancor Pit. The A-Wing is my favourite, but it's unfortunate that Admiral Ackbar hasn't been redesigned, but Han Solo looks good (Awesome torso ). I was pleasantly surprised to see that they added a Shadow Sith Trooper to the TOR battle pack, and they also gave the Sith Troopers leg printing The Republic Troopers looks awesome aswell, so I'll probably get one or maybe even two of those. The Clone Trooper/Droideka battle pack was the biggest surprise to me, as they are Episode 2 Clones! No doubt I'll be getting it now, and there is now the possibility of more Episode 2 stuff in the future. The rest looks cool aswell, but since they're Clone Wars, I'll not be getting them. So far, a decent bunch of sets, so I'm looking forward to 2013

I bought Jabba's Palace from Lego.com last week and I also got a free TC-14 minifig thrown in All I've got to get now are the Dengar and IG-88 minifigs and I will be sorted for the year

Does anyone know what end you are meant to put the lightsaber blade in on the actual handle; I've always wondered this, but personally I've always put in the thicker end, as that is how it is depicted on Lego boxes etc and most people seem to do it that way, so I always assumed that was the correct way What way do you think looks better?

I've bought quite a lot since my birthday is later this month: 9493 X-Wing Starfighter 9495 Gold Leader's Y-Wing Starfighter 9526 Palpatine's Arrest 9500 Sith Fury-class Interceptor 9497 Republic Striker-class Starfighter The reason that I'm getting the X-wing and Y-Wing now is because I wasn't going to get them originally, but I got the TIE-fighter and they were on sale, so I couldn't resist I'm also planning on getting the Dengar and IG-88 minifigs from the UCS SSD set so I can complete my OT bounty hunter collection I've yet to get Jabba's Palace because it's so overpriced , but I'll probably get it for Christmas when it's a little cheaper
