Hammerhead Class Assault Frigate
I made this ship up myself.

Hammerhead Class Assault Frigate
Nope no interior, it'd be too complicated anyway. The inside is full of technic beams. The trans-clear pieces in the front (left) is the bridge.

Hammerhead Class Assault Frigate
Thanks KimT, first time a MOC of mine gets FP'd.

Hammerhead Class Assault Frigate
Republic ship designers had to design a ship which was able to breach through blockades. They got inspiration from the Hammerhead ship used by the Old Republic. A so-called group of 4 frigates was able to destroy 1 Lucrehulk. They are basically a flying aircraft base, as it has 2 enormous hangars. This ship was purely meant for breaching through blockades. It only has 1 Battalion (576 troops) to defend the ship and board enemy ships. It's main gunnery are 4 huge guns under the bridge and 8 smaller guns on top and below the hangar. Measuring roughly 70 by 30 studs, this is my biggest creation to date. :) Gallery

REVIEW: 7213 Fire Truck with Boat
Thanks for the replies. It is indeed too large to fit on the standard LEGO City roads, I however don't have a City layout (just collect various sets), so I actually think the size of this makes it look powerful like real fire trucks.

REVIEW: 7213 Fire Truck with Boat
INDEXED I found this set today with €5 off, which was the reason I bought it. It's a really cool set and since there is no review of it yet I decided to review it. The lighting wasn't great to make pictures, but I think most are ok. Set Number: 7213 Set Name: Fire Truck with Boat Sub-theme: Emergency Resque Year of Release: 2010 Pieces: ??? Minifigs: 3 firefighters Components: Quad bike, boat & truck Price: €30 Lets start with some box pictures: The front of the box. The back of the box, showing us the play features and how it is divided into several bags. The top shows us the 3 minifigs included. Now lets see what's inside the box! 4 bags, 2 instructions books, a large boat and a sticker sheet. Book 1: Instructions for the quad bike and the boat. Lego Town with the latest sets. Lego club advertisement. Book 2: Instructions for the big truck. This shows page shows all the components added together. The parts list. The new Nielsen advertisement. The sticker sheet. If you don't like stickers, this is not the set for you. Finally time to open the bags. I put all the bricks into 1 big pile and didn't listen to the instructions. I like searching for a brick (if it doesn't take too long ). The new parts in this set. The large boat piece. It's the same as in the Coast Guard set, but this time in red. We can now start building. The figs. The first thing you build is the small but cool quad bike. The next thing is the boat. I like this one. The round windshield in white is a nice touch. You can let a fig hold it with 2 hands. And then it's time to build the main part of the set, the truck. I took pics before you are supposed to open a new bag. I love this 'step', it was fun to build and looks very good. Only a gap below which you can fill up with tiles. Beginning to take it's finaly shape. Done! Wow, this thing is big! It's around 37 studs long! Front. Back. Crane in low position. Crane in high position. Now this is where it gets odd. You have these thing which you flap out to stabilize the crane when moviing. Here it's located. You flap it out, Get one of these loudhailers with steering wheel things from here, And attach it to the pole thing. Here's a pretty cool play function. There are 8 wheels, which are connected the the rest of the truck by 4 pins. Straight surface, looks just like normal. Wobbly surface. Completed set in action. Totals: Design: 9/10 The design is awesome. It looks even better than I imagined. A really cool, big truck. What's not to love? Parts: 8/10 There are quite a bit of new and special parts. Build: 9/10 Very fun to build, not repetitive at all. The diversity in vehicles gives it a diversity in building too, you aren;t just building a boat, or just a truck. Minifigs: 6/10 You get 3 firefighters. Nothing special. The heads are in dozens of other sets. Still, it's good they added 3 firefighters, which is just enough (2 for truck (and boat) and 1 for Quad bike. Playability: 9/10 It's a very playable set, you can think up varous scenarios to play. The fact that you can easily transfar from a land adventure to a water one is great. Price: 9/10 I bought this for €25, which is €5 less than the S@H price (€30). If I couldn't get it at €25 I would still buy it. The large boat puts up the price I think. Total: 50/60 I think this is one of the best City sets I've bought. I really love it. It's a cool truck, which comes with an additional boat and quad bike too. It's not overpriced at all. I recommend this great set to all builders, collectors and Lego (City) fans. This truly is a must have set. That concludes the review. I hope you all like it.

Favorite Islanders set
7-8 years ago my school got the re-released Enchanted Island from someone/something (don't know who or what) and I completely loved it. Of course I was one of the first to start building it. So it's definitely Enchanted Island for me.

PETITION to keep the Pirates theme beyond 2010
Signed. While I only have a few small Pirate sets, I really love them and it;s a shame it's continued. I would love to see them back, like everyone else.

As the title says: I have a new project. And that project is to get one of each 2x4 brick in every color. Here is a link to the BL page so you can see if you have the brick in a color I need: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3001 I still need it in these colors: Bright Light Blue Bright Light Yellow Bright Pink Dark Blue Dark Green Dark Orange Dark Pink Dark Purple Dark Tan Dark Turquoise Light Orange Light Purple Light Yellow Maersk Blue Medium Blue Medium Orange Medium Violet Pink Purple Reddish Brown Sand Blue Sand Green Sand Red Tan Trans-Clear Chrome Gold Chrome Silver Metallic Gold And 40x 4x6 white plates to display them on. Ewok Battle Pack
Fight and live with the Ewoks! You can now help the Ewoks attack the Empire with their assault wagon! After the battle you can help prepare a meal for all and party with the Ewok band! - Includes 4 Ewoks! - Includes an assault wagon, ewok band and a campfire! - Comes with weapons, food and supplies! Other pictures Includes exactly 70 pieces. Gallery I created this BP because I always like the Ewok figs and I think there also need to be BPs from other species instead of Rep, CIS, Rebs or Emps over and over again. I basically started this as a Ep. VI Ewok celebration MOC but eventually it turned out like this. I used 1 rather bigger part, a 6x8 baseplate, but I think it's ok as it's not as big as BURPs. Anyway as you can see I'm not a photoshop artist, CommanderKill did copied the pic on the background and I did the rest. If there is anything I forgot to do regarding the rules please inform me. Thank you for looking. :)

Where can I find the WWII M1 Pot helmet?
BA never made those, they are from Sluban (aka Oxford) which sell them in their sets.

WWII British soldiers
With my custom brodie. Yes, the brim is trimmed, it's not as large as the one on the original castle helmet. The left soldier is waiting for his Bren LMG.

I've never found these problems with the troll helmets, but do have some of those skeleton helmets, not a very big difference though.

Speckle Black-Silver Wheel Wagon Viking with 12 holes
I bought 7038 Troll Assault Wagon yesterday and when I put it next to my 7037 Tower Raid I noticed the wheels are different. They both are speckle black-silver, as BL says, but the one from Tower raid looks significantly darker than the one in Troll Assault wagon. The one from Tower raid has less silver than the other ones. The odd thing is, I got 4 of the darker ones in the Tower raid and 4 of the lighter ones in the Troll Assault Wagon. Do these come from different batches? If so, then why are these so different? I've posted some pics below. I'm aware that I wrote 'Assaut' instead of 'Assault'.

Giant Troll Wagon

Giant Troll Wagon
A few days ago I stumbled onto this alternate which is pretty cool, IMO. According to the last pic, this is an alternate from a Lego magazine. Does anyone have this magazine and is willing to scan me the instructions? Thanks in advance.
