Those shoulders are so perfect! Awesome work!
  2. All these intros have been great! But what piece are the Ulandians' helmets?
  3. I think MK is asking if that's your main city. I could be wrong though.

This set is... difficult. I love the idea of using microfigs, and the build looks great IMO. But the price is ridiculous (not saying it's a bad value, just that it's tough for me to fork up that much money ), and I feel like I'd have to do quite a few modifications to be satisfied with the set. I'd make it completely studless, and definitely change the ugly bridge/windshield section... The more I see of this set, the more flaws I notice.
  5. Ha, ha, I love chibis! These are some really nice cube dudes! Love wolverine, the way you captured the mask is perfect!

Thanks! Glad you like the stance, it was definitely different than the legs I normally build! Thanks Gideon! Thanks Bregir! Interesting that the backstory resembles actual legends. I just came up with it on the spot! Thanks Jared!

Thanks Jacob! Thanks a ton Slegengr! Thanks Kai! Yup, as you can see in this pic (http://mocpages.com/...392/14246368068) he does look very lizard-y! The legs were built like that to make it look like he just landed, so his legs are kind of bending back from the impact. Thanks! Glad you like it! Thanks LV! Yup, sails from the LoTR Pirate Ship Ambush set. Thanks! Thanks! His back legs, neck, and tail are all very posable. The wings have some motion, but are very heavy, so extreme poses are too much for the mixels joints. The front legs are quite fragile though, and have basically no motion because of how they're designed. So not too many poses for him. Thanks Steph! Thanks! IMO, it's kinda funny to see the ridiculous name I came up with this morning on the frontpage, but I'm not complaining! Thanks! Ha, ha, I don't think I'd risk swooshing him, he's so heavy it might be too much for the pieces! The front half has already disconnected from the back a few times! Thanks Graham! Thanks! Thanks! Yeah, that's definitely my biggest gripe about this build.
  8. New (dragon) build! http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=106239#entry2150547

Fdrjornol is a legendary dragon to the Mitgardian clansfolk. They believe this dragon was responsible for clearing snow for the first clanspeople to build a settlement. It is believed that the dragon watched over them for centuries until returning to the mountain caves he calls home. The Elders of several clans prophesize that one day, when the clans are in grave danger, the dragon will return and save them, and scorch the lands of their enemies. I hadn't built a creature in a while, so I built this massive guy for the Tourney, a castle contest on Mocpages. Hope you like this little guy!
  10. Vader looks good! Except that ugly 2x2 tile in the middle of his chest armor... It looks ok in these pics because of subpar lighting, but who knows how that 2x2 will look sitting in front of you... Probably not too good.
  11. I love the way they did the macro scale lego pieces in the Antman set! So clever!
  12. Sorry I haven't been more active here, I've been pretty busy with life and the Tourney on Mocpages. I've been building though! Here's two mocs I built for the Tourney: http://mocpages.com/moc.php/406270 http://mocpages.com/moc.php/405355 Normally I would've posted these over here too, but they were both destroyed before I could get any pics with GoH figs.
  13. Really awesome work! Love those structures!

The set is gorgeous! I'm not into lego superheroes really, but this is just... Wow! The price though... It'd be a no-brainer at $250, but $350? Not sure my wallet can stomach that. If I do get it, I plan to SNOT it with tiles and mod the cockpit.
  15. Warrior really comes across as a creepy, rag-tag kinda soldier. Looks very nice! I love how they gave him one of the add-ons on his leg, then another on his shoulder. Love that ribcage torso piece too! Can anyone tell what blended masks Warrior and Slicer have? I can't make them out from the photo...
  16. Could someone PM me the clearer pic please?

Shape of the house is great, and I really love the technic stone walls!
  18. Surprised at the hate these prelims are getting. Both the builds and figs look great to me... I kinda disregarded this wave when I heard ghosts, but I love the ghosts after seeing pics! Remind me of the army of the dead from LoTR.

Love the warped look of the tree! So creepy! Awesome colors too!
  20. Was how Gandalf ends up with Radagast's staff in LoTR ever addressed?
  21. I know I said I was done before, but I just added a fourth, and final, build to my Challenge C entry. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=103999
  22. Thanks guys! I just added a fourth build! I'm done now.
  23. Awesome build! Love the sand green and dark bley color scheme! Really makes me wish I had dark bley masonry bricks, and any sand green. The photography is great! I thought the first shot was digital too. What photo editing program do you use? Just wondering.
  24. Love those sand green buildings!
