  1. Great model again, like your X-wing. I love the weird part usages you do in this and the X-wing, like here the spinners from Ninjago, the bley threads and the keyrings. It's just a miracle how this fit so well! I like that your model looks good and iconic in each shot of it, really happy you have more pictures on your Flickr page, maybe I'll reverse engineer it one day so I can have my own
  2. Good work on finishing the model! It looks great, just as expected ;) One question: why did you opt on attaching tiles to clips for the edges of the hull? I have seen this technique used before, but it doesn't seem to be a logical solution looking at the real models.
  3. Ooh, this MOC has just lovely greebling and use of printed parts... not to mention all the intresting shapes and angles used, great work! The custom minifigs look good with it too
  4. Very nice! This looks great with the color scheme but also with the figure on top, it makes it more believable. I especially like how you attached the nets. What piece did you use for the windscreen?

These both look awesome, I am wanting to make such an army of imperials too :D @Robianco do you have your officers named? I can't seem to recognice them all, haha. I see Veers, Yularen, ... , ... , Piett, Motti?, Tarkin, ... , ... , ... , Thrawn, Paellon?, Isard. And where did you get the dual molded light bluish legs from?
  6. Bought the Assault on Hoth for just 200€. For the price it's actually a pretty good set, it has nice minifigs and the build is fun to do too IMO :) Oh really? That's great, thanks for the tip!
  7. Not a real fan of the source material either, but your model looks very good actually! It's nice you managed to fit an interior in it too :D Is that part you used for the underside of the belly the Slave I cockpit in dark bley?
  8. Hehe, you're right, it's ridiculous
  9. Maybe the Quadjumper was featured heavily in the Lego Force Awakens game, it might be that there are some missions with it and I think it has the Crimson Corsair appearing on Jakku too in the game. I can see that a valid reason of making it into a set
  10. Oh that list sounds great... for my wallet I don't collect TFA sets or freemakers, so that's the most expensive sets gone. Might need to buy a minifig from the freemakes sets though... :( Am I the only one not collecting TFA? It seems not to fit with my PT and OT sets, somehow the PT feels more connected to OT then the S(equel)T does to OT. Anyone have any idea what the freemakers sets could be? Not seen the series yet, or is it still going and will the sets not have appeared in them yet?

There's no difference indeed. It's certainly weird. I think such things happen more often, and people who want the comiccon minifig just pay too much.

Sometimes sellers of minifigs on Bricklink advertise in their text saying: "New minifig unassembled in ziplock" I was wondering, does an unassembled minifig give preference over an assembled minifig? Are they worth more? Do they get selled more easily?
  13. Yeah, I do agree with you sir, I won't do that anymore then... I remember that it was allowed previous year, but well, times change. Was helped last year in the same way, so wanted to pass on the favor ;)
  14. I have the pictures saved, I can send them in PM to anyone if they send me a message :) If that's allowed of course!

Hehe, it's cool seeing your old topics you forgot about getting revived xD I have to say, I think this MOC of yours is way better then the set from back in the day, why did you settle on that one?

Hehe, yeah I know, already did that He seems to have adjusted his price.

Nice improvement on the version from the battlepack! At first I thought this version would be way too small, but actually it compares quite well to a minifig. This surprised me. Might build my kashyyyk battlepacks' speeders back up then xD
  18. That looks great with the plating on top! I think this will turn out to be an awesome display piece! Btw, random question, will you by any chance be exhibiting at Lego World in the Netherlands?

I like the techniques you used for the wings, they're almost seamless! Good job on those :) Something looks off on that last picture - you used the exact cockpit section for both the small version and larger version - one looks a bit out of scale

I wonder what will happen when I buy this set... http://www.bricklink.com/store/home.page?p=WatermelonStore&itemID=91135171#/shop?o={"invID":"91135171"} Might actually do this... 0.56 euros for that many parts, new? Yes please xD
  21. Looks like this will turn out like a great and sturdy build, however, How will the ship be plated? As I see you exposing the bottoms of plates, which seems inconvenient to adding the hull. Or are you not doing the traditional studs-up design but a SNOTted build?
  22. Checked my Queen Amidala, which I got from an unopened set, and it also has the open stud with the 3 spikes. You have a genuine one I guess

I'd leave the stickers on place, if they don't want them they can just take them off themselves
  24. Oh, when they put Willrow in an official set he has to have an exclusively molded ice cream machine to go with him!

That's great, and congratulations with graduating! Looking forward seeing this project finished
