  1. Ah, those two vignettes look wonderful! Those sky background give them a really nice effect, the forced perspective turns out great too :)
  2. Just bought 75150 Vader's TIE vs. A-wing (€70), which is an excellent set in my opinion. I think I'll be spending my whole day swooshing them around
  3. Which bag is missing? It would be very weird if Lego forgot to put it in, it's more likely someone got a bag out in the store. If I recall correctly that was a problem with calendars a few years ago, people stole minifigs from the SW calendars in the store. I would try contacting your store about the problem, and also do some more thorough searches in the area ;)

    Nice little MOC, instantly recogniseable!

Wasn't expecting this old MOC of mine getting back on top of the list again haha. I like it though Thanks :) And this was disassembled years ago, but reverse engineering it shouldn't be too hard, if you need help shoot me a PM. If I recall correctly it's rolling mode isn't all too smooth-looking Thanks :)
  6. Bought the new Clone Turbo Tank (€80 incl. shipping) and the Eclipse Fighter (27 incl. shipping). The Turbo Tank is very cool, with a good build, albeit a bit smaller then I expected. The minifigs are of course it's main selling point, they are perfect. Don't see why I need another commander gree though, would have preferred an AT-RT pilot e.g. I'll part out the Eclipse Fighter, that set was all about Dengar anyways.
  7. Hmm, just checked, can't see anything sadly :/ My yaw literally would have dropped if this was true!

Great MOC and beatiful representation! Those engines are faultless and the pod itself looks marvelous too. Good luck with the contest

Wow, the new AT-ST looks bigger then I expected, quite a bit taller then Lego last's rendition. Hoping it won't dwarf the AT-AT walker
  10. Yeah, I also part them out, which seems to be the common practice. Usually half of the battlepack's parts are actually usefull. I'm beginning to hate those stud shooters though, I have a bazillion of them but no idea what to do with them... Also I'm getting short on normal blasters
  11. I think that with the conjunction of any other Lego offer they mean you can't get VIP points for them. When I used the code earlier this month, I was still able to use my VIP points, get a free promo Kai firedragon polybag and VIP points for the remainder of euros I had to pay.
  12. I'd have no idea. Good point, I'd hope so :D Does anyone know if Amazon will have some good Force Friday promotions/offers?
  13. I'd rather have that they update them with a battlepack as quickly as possible and then make them stay the same for as long as possible than that they will make a new design 2 years from now in some 100€ set that will make them impossible to obtain at a good price, and let us reset our collections when at that time we have obtained a decent quantity
  14. Anyone know of any other promotions we can combine this with for maximal advantage? :D So the 3x VIP points and FO stormie runs from 30 sept till 4 oct Then there's the codes like NL10/DE10/FR10 that still work for 10 euros off from 40€ purchases till 6th of october Any more? the Kai fire dragon promo ended at 22th of september, but any new promotions for october?
  15. I buy my realistic weapons at aliexpress.com from the same cheap knock-off brands that also make the fake Lego sets, but somehow this seems ok to me from an AFOL perspective... These are way cheaper then what the western moulders ask

It's the Star Wars forum's blog composed of several bloggers from the Star Wars forum who look around on various websites to blog about outstanding Lego Star Wars models. There used to be a link in the top of the main Star Wars forum, but sadly that is gone with the new forum update. Here it is: https://eurobricksstarwarsforum.com/

Saw this on Flickr the other day, it's a beatifull design with great parts usages! Still can't figure out if this is a render or actual model... it looks too realistic for a render but too perfect for a photo xD
  18. Exactly this. Sometimes I wish there was a like option on comments so I don't have to post a silly comment on everything that makes me chuckle. :)
  19. I have 3 adresses... could also ask all my friendly neighboors to accept packages for me, resulting in 12 adresses. Should I become a scalper?
  20. It does indeed: (Photo from Brickset)
  21. Yeah... right... But indeed, I think there are very little AFOLs who wouldn't want a new Cloud City... I wonder how long they will wait to build up anticipation
  22. You're welcome, it's really usefull indeed
  23. Thanks guys :) The Turbo Tank dropped to €80 yesterday, so had to buy it right away I constantly check http://www.pricevortex.com/ I can view current prices of all the sets there. Sometimes it is a tiny bit inaccurate but it works good enough

This seems to have taken a lot of your valuable times, I'd like to say thanks to all the admins and other people who have been working on this for the past hours if not days, it's greatly appreaciated! I'll see how I will like the new features over time and will report back later here, so I'm not bugging you while you do the more important stuff first
  25. I'm not that into custom clone troopers, but these do definitely look very neat!
