  1. Some other sealed boxes had only 1 or 2 roman soldiers. In some, the most common were painters in others mechanic...
  2. No. I opened them myself.
  3. It might have been true for previous series. In the first two sealed boxes (series 10) I searched I found 11 roman soldiers.
  4. I'm really glad it's not from the movies so I can skip it :)
  5. Put it between fairytales. I checked myself over 20 boxes and each had a different content.
  6. There is no such a thing. Each box has a different content.
  7. The sets are to be released first days of June in DK.
  8. I made a 200km round trip to look for Mr. Gold today. After another around 16 boxes (1000 figures) still nothing. Depressing :(
  9. What I meant about 10179 is that of course there were many more produced but only a few in a world would be taken apart and sold for pieces what makes a special part like antenna more rare.
  10. Consider the fact that 10179 costs minimum 1400 usd on ebay and if you miss this one special brick you could only find in this set it's understandable. There are not so many 10179 taken apart and sold for pieces especially that most of the bricks are common. Cockpit glass for UCS X-wing is listed for over 100usd
  11. Don't count on mostly kids getting Mr. Gold. Probably most of the stores will be raid by collectors looking for them. I have already visited all in my town and nearby. That's why I call such people i*****. 80usd for antenna? You could buy the whole model for that price. BTW. How did you end up with such a price for stupid antenna ? ;)
  12. You're only partly right. Set you mentioned was probably bought for a retail price or lower and went up as most of Lego sets do. It's totaly different thing with legos without price tag. I'd rather invest 1200 usd in something really worth it like almost new Millenium Falcon UCS 10179 I bought a few days ago.
  13. It's just a waste of money for me. As you can see on recent auctions prices dropped to 500-600usd and will fall to, I assume, to 100-150usd So if someone wants to throw away money then go ahead, but can't expect to call it a wise move.
  14. Maybe it would be easier to search in another area ;)I went through 6 unopened boxes without any luck. Moreover don't believe any theories how many of each figure should be in the box.
  15. I have grandma and whole uncle's family there, but it doesn't make sense to send lego's from there. Even parcels sent by sea mail costs over 40 usd and it's not to DK but to Poland. Moreover they started to charge by volume not only by weigh what makes sending unopened lego boxes totaly worthless effort.
  16. Easy for you to say living in US. I don't know what economics they consider while minimum wage in Poland is 200-300usd (and Lego is here most expensive like in Denmark) while in Denmark/Germany/US is around 1500usd
  17. Lego has really stupid price policy. For example 9526 costs 60 GBP in UK and over 80 GPB in Denmark and Poland. Not to mention US Consider that Othanc costs 200 usd in US and 270 in UK and much more in Denmark
  18. It's everlasting question why Lego is much cheaper in US than everywhere else...
  19. Only idiots would pay 1000 Euro or 1200 usd like they did for those first two. Consider there are 5000 !!!! of them. Lego cans or dioramas from convents are in price range from 70 to 300 usd (where they were limited to 500-1000) Yoda (only 150 made) goes up to 1000usd but considering amount it's understandable.
  20. I don't know about prevoius figures, but those are made in China :(
  21. The same with Indian's tomahawk ;)
  22. I believe most of the stores that are interested in legos already sell felt through packs ;)
  23. What do they say about Roman Warriors? I found 11 in 2 new boxes...
