We in Sweden are special. So special, we get our own postal vans. And they are crap. Anyway, more about that later on... Now to my MOC. I wanted to build some 5-wide postal vehicle MOCs for BrickVille, as my minifigs complained that they never could get the sets they ordered through SaH. (I answered them: Yeah, that´s bloody right you don´t. You are using my computer, my bank account, and most important of all, my money. But that´s another story..) Aaaanyway, I decided to build an "army" of these (4+). I built one with the parts I had and planned to get the pieces for the rest of them through BL, but I decided to post it here first for feedback and improvement ideas. Now for the pics: I know the back lights is about 1 cheese slope too high, but if I cut down on 1 cheese slope, it wouldn´t get the right shape. And yes, I will put a window here. I just don´t have the pieces, I´ll order them at the same time as the other 3(+) vans. The van also features a working sliding door... ...And working rear doors: Overview with the roof removed, with all the doors opened... ...And closed: The Renault Kangoo have this "rounded" bottom (see the reference pics in the bottom of the post). Last year he said that he sat on the gas tank due to all the LEGO. I bet that´ll be the case this year as well.

I have 1980 oins, including the ones I have in my MOCs. Not bad, considering I don´t collect the old Pirates sets... I also found 2 chrome silver coins. I don´t think those haev ever existed, is it just that the gold has worn off? I´m curious.

I don´t really care. It´s LEGO after all, so studs are part of it, but some things look better tiled (for example roads etc.), while other things (for example grass) looks better with the studs showing. I usually use a mix between both, even in a single MOC. Some details tiled and some with studs showing.

Well, is there anything special you´re after?

CM, any updates? Any guesstimates about how long it´ll take? C´mon man, were really curious!

UPDATE: As some of you guys might know, I´ve been a 5-wide car for a long time, however I´ve taken a pretty long break from uploading my creations. That was because I wanted to improve my building skills. Now I´m working on several cars, 2 of them is just waiting for parts from a BL order. Meanwhile, I wanted to build a BMW. This model is not a replica of any particular existing BMW, I just wanted to make it feel "BMW-y". So, enough of me talking, now for the pics (sorry for the yellowed/reddish background, I REALLY need to get myself a new camera ): (Oh, I almost forgot, the front grille technique is originally Ralph_S´idea.) It looks like Vader likes BMWs! However it seems like the Emperor didn´t give him any pocket money, so he had to trade something else for it... What? Are you messing with me? Thank you. I´ve added 2 1 x 2 tiles so that the motors don´t touch the cars anymore: Thanks. Yeah, I know the cockpits are too angled, however I don´t know a way to fix this.. I have to think about it a little more.
