This is a great idea. I might build a river through my LEGO city this way. Thanks! Time to search my bricks for one of those windows then..

5-wide Volvo V70
Thanks. :) Well, I tried that, but it didn't really work out with the rear part, and made the car look too small overall.

5-wide Volvo V70
V-LV-12A So, after over a year in a Dark Age, I'm finally back. Not so many days ago I was randomly looking at the boxed of LEGO I hadn't touched for so long, then looked out the window at our old Volvo V70. I suddenly felt the urge to build a replica of it in LEGO, but as I had tried that before my Dark Ages and failed, I was thoughtful if I would succeed. I then realized that I had always used the same base for all my car MOCs, and thought to myself, 'Think outside the box.' So I finally sat down and started to build. After three hours (yes this is longer than it usually takes me to build a car), it was complete. And I was actually satisfied with it. My LEGO spark had returned to me, not a second too late. Okay, I think that's enough of my life story. After all, you came here for some pictures, right? Front view Side view Back view. I think it turned out decent. Huh? Interior? Well... Some references: Frontal/side view, Back view Please tell me what you think.

I'm Leaving! I'm Coming Back! Do it all HERE.
Hello, Eurobricks community! Some of you might recognise me, some might not. After over a year beeing in a Dark Age, last night I looked at my LEGO pieces, looked out the window at our old-ish Volvo V70 parked outside, sat down on the floor (after taking a few pictures of the car) and started building a 5-vide version of it. That night marked the end of my Dark Ages. I'm currently very busy in real life as it's my last year of high school, and I am also playing an MMORPG, further eating my free time. Nevertheless my interest in LEGO is back, and I am very happy it is! Just wanted to post this re-introduction, because I can see the community has grown ALOT during my absence (we have passed 20.000 members! ), and, as I said, most of you will probably not recognise me or even have a clue of who I am, but for those who do, I'm back, and for those who doesn't, hello.

Freebies for 2010 Eventeers! Read this!
A few weeks before the 2010 EB Event, I promised some free stuff to all eventees, and hinted towards the Bright Light Yellow coins. The day before the event though, I found out that.. whoever was going to deliver these to me (*makes Jedi Mind Trick* You don´t want to know who it is ) told me he couldn´t, and that I weould have to do with milky white ones instead, so we met up and he gave me 30 Milky White coins. However, when I went to get the pieces from my bag the first night of the event, I realized I had forgotten them in the kitchen back home. I didn´t want something like this to stop all the nice guys (and gals) at the Event from getting their coin, so I promised to send the pieces to each and every one of you. Thats why I made this thread. Everyone who was at the EB event -10 now have an opportunity to get an exclusive, never-been-in-a-set Milky White coin piece FREE OF CHARGE*. *postage fees will add on.. nah, just kidding. And yeah, I know, I may sound a little like a salesman. So if you are one of the Eventees, just PM me your address and I´ll send the coin to you. Reminder-list(mostly for myself ): Eventees who have sent me their address but haven´t got their coin sent yet: Eventees to whom I have sent their coin: Dfenz Quarryman Holodoc KimT Freddie Aredhel Superkalle Ras 74 (+Izzy) CopMike

Billund '10 trading post
Oh, and another thing; You may have seen the clue I gave a while ago, about some extra pieces. Well, I have unfortunately got some bad news. I was planning to give each and everyone of you a BrightLightYellow coin. However, the person who would get them for me unfortunately told me today that he can´t. Therefore, I will give you a Milky White coin instead. I´m sorry, and I hope you guys understand. EDIT: I would appreciate that very much, KimT, thank you. .sweet: EDIT2 ( ): I will bring the only BtLtYellow coin I got, and hide it in one of my MOCs. Whoever finds it gets a cookie (that´s an extra milky white coin)
