    I have seen others warned for the same thing, that was the point. Whether or not the EB rules have changed I don't know. Moral high ground? Well I think being honest and saying he is gaining from them would be the right way to go about things, as opposed to the links which tend to hide them. But that is just me. Regardless I have obviously touched a nerve and won't say any more.
