Is it confirmed that these leaked photos are of a real set? If so, in my opinion the set looks poorly and the buildings are ulgy compared to 10193 style.

I also wonder if the GWP set will include at least the Majisto classic spell scroll? For me it is a most iconic part

No printed torso and cape for Majisto when simultaneously they produced many new specified torsos to Collectable Minifigures for one use - I don't understand this :( The should at least use a peasant torso from 10305 set and only change it colour to blue. And of course the must place female minifigure instead of soldier (for what?) but they didn't even give her a black helmet or shield.

Hello, this is is my entry into the Colossal Castle Contest XVIII, for Misecellaneous category. Burg Eltz castle in Germany is one of my favorite castles, and that castle was my main inspiration for this build. More photos in gallery.

And I don't like it. The buildings are too square in my opinion and the roofs should be triangular and not flat. Also the minifigures are disappointment.

There is another easter egg except King Kahuka statue. The pirate with the anchor is a modern version of pirate from 6289 Red Beard Runner:

Why not? The Whomping Willow set have an entrance of the castle with small tower which is also on the picture

I find a picture of Hogwarts like that and I think that the D2C Hogwarts could be a some part of castle like on the right of the picture connected with already known sets - Hogwarts Great Hall and Whomping Willow which could be the middle part of the castle on the picture as I pointed that. What do you think about that???

My version of 9469 set. I don't have any set from lego LOTR and now if I want to buy some the price is horrible, so I decided to create my version of that classic set. Enjoy!

As I said above there are no coins and also no monkeys and parrots (only one in treasure island) in new sets. I not to mention such things like compass and ropes which was in every pirate ship in past, but in spite of all I think the overall design of brick bounty is better than brickbeard's bounty - it has yards built by technic axle - the brickbeard bounty used that horrible hose parts. Also the sails are better attached. The big minus is that there is only one door and cannons don't have a wheels. But the minifigs are awesome, although they should finally come up with a new capitan - the present captain is only a bit modernized version of the classic redbeard which is also good but it unsatisfied me.

It is a real pity that new sets don't have a golden coins or even golden bars like in Pirates of the Caribbean - I'dont know why they decided to remove it, especially that in the prelim pics there were a golden bars in the chest at brick bounty. In my opinion the golden coins were a hallmark of the whole lego Pirtates series and the crytals do not replace it. Also I don't like that cannons - they don't have a wheels, sad. However the good point is that the ship has an anchor.

I'dont know, time will tell Unfortunately, I have seen and in my opinion it is a very weak movie, completely different from the book I know that but I based my model on the ship from " Treasure Island" movie and there was a Bounty replica as Hispaniola Thanks for all comments

168A Hi, I’d like to present my latest MOC – HMS Hispaniola – based on the ship from Robert Louis Stevenson’s greatest book „ Treasure Island” of course. The ship itself is a improved version of my previous ship – HMS Enterprize. I change colour scheme, stern and rigging - but still it is the weakest part of the ship. I also change the sails - they are the same but I taped it by rope, so they are rigid, look very good and doesn't shred. I also change a bit the masts and spars. I based the appearance of the ship from the "Treasure Island" movie with Charlton Heston as a Long John Silver and Christian Bale as Jim Hawkings (from 1990) but my ship isn't a true copy of the ship from the movie ( in the movie it was used the replica of HMS Bounty built in 1960 specially to the “Mutiny on the Bounty” movie from 1962 with Marlon Brando). Btw. I think this movie is a best screening of Robert Louis Stevenson's book and one of the best movies about pirates with great soundtrack also. I only would like to know if the flag in the new sets is similar to that ulgy childish skull fom 2009 Pirates theme or it looks like the flag in preliminary shipwreck defense set (very good for me) and the second question is - if the skull is placed on the ship sails like in brickbeards bounty or the sails are only with white - red stripes like in black seas barracuda?

[pid][/pid] 157D Hi! I'd like to present my latest frigate - hms enterprize. It is my third frigate. She is smaller than my previous ships but I think the best but of course not yet perfect. It isn't a replica - I rather based of the greatest ships built by Perfectionist. And this time I took some ideas from Captain Greenhair's tutorial, sorry for poor quality of photos.
