  1. Uhm, you are aware that there are internal clutches inside each linear actuator? That trtrtrttr means that it has worked :)
  2. I am a bit harsh, but for the set, not for @ace_klimax . Really. I work in underground mine, I see low profile machines every day. 42049 is pathetic, set itself was designed without keeping the core rules of the Technic line, the price cutting is more than visible, and as an icing on the cake - it completely dissapointed me as a fan of mining machinery ;)
  3. I am saying about creating new model from scratch, not updating this one, based on badly designed set. You still have that long axle going under the arm, between two universal joints?
  4. It is wider than single truck, even with additional blade. So with single operator can push more snow :)
  5. Your model has the same mistakes like 42049, starting from functionality, trough overal design failures, ending with wrongly placed details. You have just made 42049 from Arocs parts, it could be much better, because 42043 comes with pneumatics, which would allow to make really great model, that could overpass easilly that official garbage. Starting from cab; should be turned by 90 degrees, and mining loaders have briight white lights on front and back.
  6. I am working on an alternate model for the 42078, a Mack Granite snow plow with tow plow trailer:
  7. Nice. Definitely much better than official B model.
  8. Unless you spend two days at exhibition, showing & driving your wheel LOADER, when 99% of people around you say something like "ooo, an excavator" ;)
  9. A question for all of you, especially those who come from countries other than UK/USA/Canada, in other words for those who use different native language than english. Are the names of sets translated correctly to your language? I am disgusted by translations of english sets names to polish, because they have translated whole names wrongly, even changing type of vehicles. For example, 42094, Tracked Loader is translated as Tracked excavator. Its B model, a tracked dumper, is translated as... tracked garbage (truck). Some other sets, like City 60222, a Snowgroomer, in polish became something like "tracked plow". Or maybe am I oversensitive a bit?
  10. What have I just watched? O_o
  11. It could be problematic with this one ;) But they do have few nice looking models, especially this one:
  12. Instructions for B model are available :) https://www.lego.com/r/www/r/service/-/media/franchises/customer service/technic/01-2019/42092_b.pdf
  13. I have some thoughts about new pieces and recolours in 2019 batch. It is interesting that their colour can be different (maaaybe not bright like Lime, but Yellow or Black), because they are not visible at first look, yet they come in DBG. And also a small set have them in this colour, which is quite interesting. And we have new diameter of sprocket wheel, also introduced in something that could perfectly work without it. Why do I think that it's all made for larger set, maybe succesor of 8275, with DBG blade, rolling on large wheels (CAT triangle type maybe?), with new PU components? 8275 introduced new electric parts for Technic line and basically started a new era in remote controlled models (remember that it was announced as Toy of the Year?). Now remote control in LEGO sets is divided between IR in Technic line, and newly introduced Powered Up in City and Batman sets. It could make sense to introduce another batch of PU elements, including equivalent of already existing XL and L motors in a large set, which can be fun to build and played with, like the 8275 was. Just my thoughts...
  14. But the gallery in flickr is still visible :)
  15. Really looking forward for it, most interesting set for me from this wave :)
  16. Did anynone noticed return of Pin Connector #2 in Yellow after 16 years? https://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=32034&colorID=3&in=A 4 can be found in Emmets Trike from TLM2: https://brickset.com/sets/70823-1/Emmet-s-Thricycle!
  17. To be honest, parts included in those sets are much more interesting than models itself :) I'm really curious if 42094 has some new parts, like Porsche and 42095...
  18. This is a Skogger, which was used as inspiration. It does have a cab:
  19. The 88009 Hub (a battery box from new Trains and App controlled Batmobile) has been listed at S@H USA: https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Hub-88009 With price... 49,99$. Its current value on Bricklink oscilates around 16$. Now that's a bargain :D
  20. Good luck, I've tried the same and I was not satisfied with something that started appearing on my desk.
