  1. Which is ironic since the McLaren P1 model seems to have an extra stud of overhang on the front. Hey just2good, which of the $15 sets is your favourite?
  2. It's the Grand Budapest Hotel!
  3. Wow this is amazing! The ball is quite a thing to behold haha. BTW, is this thing real, or have you written a very convincing back story to this?
  4. Ohh, I won on the last day! I have no idea what those figures are though. Might have to watch Guardians of the Galaxy

Ayy lmao this is awesome. Most ugly ships are kinda forced to work, but this looks like something that would fit right into the SW universe. Great job.

This is nice, but I have two qualms: 1) Too expensive for the size 2) Why the brown baseplate? It looks like the back of the building is all mud, which is even worse than the other buildings since the back is visible from the front of the building.

Very nice! I like it more than the original as well, as it fits in with the more European styles of the other modular buildings.
  8. Hey guys, just a heads up, considering that sets this year that cost $24.99 NZD are $12.99 USD, I'd expect them to be much lower than $20. Hopefully at that $12.99 price point, but I'd be okay with $14.99
  9. Aww, this is the first one I can't be a part of!
  10. The older Creator sets are all generally made of relatively common pieces, so I doubt you'd have trouble just Bricklinking the pieces. Good luck!

Nope, never been. Something always pops up the same weekend as the event. This year was it was my cousin's wedding.

Hey dudes, how was Brickfete this year?

https://service.lego.com/en-us/replacementparts#BasicInfo Visit this site. If that doesn't help, try calling their customer service number if they have one?

You post your MOC to the theme forum that corresponds to your creation. For example, if you make a space ship, it goes in Sci-Fi, if you build an army tank, that goes in Special themes, if you build something from Harry Potter, that goes in the Licensed forum, etc... Pretty simple system, and it's a good way to sort too.
  15. Yeah, I'll have to decline. Thanks a lot for holding this raffle though! Much appreciated!
  16. Looks great, except for one glaring omission: Lisa's Saxophone! Is it just me or is it not included in the set?
  17. Are all the DVD's season 1? If so, I already have a copy. Are we allowed to trade? If so, would anyone want to trade for a polybag?
  18. More agents? Sweet. I've missed the sci-fi/tech sort of theme for a while.
  19. Looks good. The only real fault I see with this is the glued legs. I would assume it adds unneeded costs. I would've preferred having the leg extensions attach to the back studs of the legs, which would make it more stable, and get rid of the need of glue.

    Any boxing day sales?
  21. The thing is, is that this isn't a contest. It's a raffle... Most raffles out there don't require any creativity, which is why I like these EB raffles. It's a fun little excuse to throw something together for those of us that don't have time to play with Lego normally.
  22. Oh, I forgot about this. Thanks for extending it! Here's my entry: Sensei Wu and the Ninjas enjoying a holiday meal at the Dojo
  23. The lights look much better. Do you plan to cover the hood again, like in the original version?
