  1. I gave it a try. Inspired by Ron I reverse engineered the second Ford in LDD. As you can see, the hub caps are missing. I couldn't find them in LDD. Also, a lot of details are shown with stickers. Sadly, they're not on the LDD model. Without further ado... Comments and critics are welcomed. Meanwhile I'm ordering bricks... Cheers, Tobi Edit: Added another closeup.
  2. Although I'm not so much into cars, I will definately build this one. It looks great. Thanks for sharing this. Cheers, Tobi

Amazing! I see some clever tricks - the headlights for example. How did you attach the rear fenders?
  4. I really like it. I've seen a lot of these stations and you caught it perfectly. What's on the advertising panel next to the street?
  5. Actually it's not as squeezed as it looks like. There is plenty of space for the cables, which aren't that long anyway. You spotted it right. It is an Emerald Night with 3 Passenger Cars. I figured a passenger train needs more than one. Unfortunately my train station now is way too short. Thus I'm working on a new train station. I don't right now. I have a few other projects I'm working on right now including a small PF steamer and a castle-like train station. But that's top secret, so don't tell anyone. However I'd like to see it in green also, so maybe... So long

Hello Community, Great news for the pirate. The new train arrived and he is about to examine it very thoroughly. The pirate wonders how to turn it on and what these doors are for. Ah, there it is. The pirate sighs with relief. It is fully functional at last. Since the pirate agrees that the new train is allowed on the city's tracks it does its job very well. Wow this is so amazing and beautiful. I like everything about it. Especially how you designed every room differently, even with different wall colors. Stunning. My minifigs told me, they want to spent their vacation in the Cocoa. So long Brick Pirate
  8. Amazing! You put so many details in such a small train. I like how you build the tank. I wonder how you did it. However I cannot see your pics on brickshelf. It's not open to public yet. Welcome to Eurobricks! Brick Pirate
  9. On the first picture, I thought how will the front bogie move in curves with this piston design. Then I saw it. It is amazing how aligned this detail is. Edit: I'm lying. The whole train is stunning.
  10. This is a great servo. I was impressed by the tire holder. So simple and yet so effective. Good luck on the competition.

Wow, amazing! When I look at your pictures I see so many details and clever ideas. You bet I steal some of your techniques. :P So long Brick Pirate
  13. Haha, I started with HO too. My father gave me a few tracks and a little steam engine and I let it run in circles. He had a whole layout of course. When I learned about the red battery box, my model was almost done and I liked it the way it was. Especially the color scheme with the dual-gray stripe. Moreover you can use the rechargeable battery box which is not available in red as far as I know. Well, you have to remove one or two of the slopes on top of the battery box. I thought about changing it, but I didn't find a way without destroying the rounded up design. Once the battery box is switched on, you use the remote control. So long Brick Pirate
  14. Thank you for all the nice comments. Yes it is a little bit higher than my other trains as you can see on the picture below. But as for now I want to stick with 6 wide trains. Maybe I will review my decision once it's build in real. It has the battery box, IR receiver and RC train motor in it. So it should run. There is some space for the cables below the battery box, behind the receiver and in the driver's cab of course. I'll post a video once it's done, which will take some time because I have to import this piece in red from Europe. Oh I forgot about yellow, That would be neat too. However I don't claim any copyrights. Here is the LDD file. Replacements for pieces that are not in LDD like the battery box and this one are grouped for better removal for the LDD Manager.
