Neat and comprehensive design. The glow rods really add a different touch.

Looks menacing. But why the shield and blaster in one hand. Now you can't hide and shoot at the same time?
  3. Looks great with the wings to one side. A bit like the B-wing. Nice way of making the wings btw.

  9. This is great stuff. Love the folding stage, indeed with some decoration it would look awesome. A great inspiration for me, thanks very much.

Thanks, it really comes in handy on my shelf wedged between the other TIEs.
  11. Oh yes. Wonderfull pictures and I am so getting this set.
  12. I hope to get old. Can hardly wait If we start to throw numbers; I can buy a Death Star every year from my insurance and have spare change for extra TIE fighters
  13. Thank you guys. Maybe you'll have a change to see it for real. Well, CGH wil have the biggest change I guess.
  14. Great fig again. I can't imagine how you keep coming up with these. But keep it coming. After seeing this I just got to watch "the big bang theory" in a couple of minutes.
  15. This makes a great fleet. Love to see more.

  17. Great work. You made a beautiful river and a wondeful idea for the trees as well. Not to mention all the little scenes and detailling.
  18. That looks like a mighty fine bike. Great colour too, looks almost metallic?

I ment by freestyle that you get to pick your own set and by Given set that the staff picks 3 sets, (S, M, L) to alter. Off course making the inventory available for those who don't own a set. I know that limits the contestants somewhat but it would be great to see what different alternate models will be build from one set. And otherwise create a freestyle bbuild. Freestyle: Picking your own set could of course be done in the same size categories as well. This leading up to 6 categories in total.
  20. It is looking amazing already. I'm looking forward to your upgrades.

Thanks guys, you gave mme the idea to suggest a new contest: The Alternate Build For now two more pics: The wings fold under the fuselage: And a reverse angle:

I know the question for new contest ideas was over taken two weeks later by the character rides contest but my contribution led me to the following idea: The Alternate Build Where we make alternate builds like in the good old days when LEGO suggested them on the backside of the boxes. Two categories spring to mind: 1. Free style: pick any official LEGO Star Wars set 2. Given set: a pick of three sets (small, medium, large) to alter
  23. GREAT WORK. Now let's suck the air of some planet.

After crashing with his model 7150 Tie Fighter on some deserted desert moon he decided to take action in his own cyborg mechanicaly enhanced hands. He quickly rose to the occasion and after reading the rule book started rebuilding his trusty yet allready outdated fighter. After several hours, of building, adjusting and tweaking he finally finished his personal ship nicknamed "Scraps". Just before sunset he took of looking for Imperial troops dreaming of a better looking TIE fighter still. More angles on Brickshelf and flickr
