LEGO Collectable Minifigures General Discussion
All these look great and I can't wait to get my hands on them. I really hope the mime is spot on. I'll start building the scorpion pit immediately.

MOC: Royal Netherlands Navy SH-14D Lynx
Another great job Ralph. You keep amazing me. If I may offer a new challenge; try the Air Force AB-412 "Tweety" SAR helicopter from Leeuwarden. That should fit quit nicely in the entire line of your models.

Is your sig-fig similiar to you?
Well, I do the same kind of work as my sigfig but I don't live on a flat world carried through space by four elefants on a giant turtle. And I lost the moustache 3 years ago because my age cought up with my face.

Do you like studs hidden or showing?
Personally I am not afraid to show my studs. I only tile when it adds something extra to the MOC. I have used tiling mostly as roofliner or on steps because that is when it really stands out. Inside buildings I keep the studs exposed. It helps setting minifigs and it shows I'm using LEGO. It is something I'm used of seeing since I was four and that probably won't change.

REVIEW: 7684 Pig Farm & Tractor
Excellent review Zorbas. One of the best seen here. Now I really want this set. Or at least half of it. I think I will give away the tractor and trailer with the farmer and keep the rest. This is worth your while. Keep 'm spareribs coming.

Star Wars Module Standard: Voting
My votes: 16x16 just small enough to be made bij anybody with enough details that can be included. Note 16x16 times more makes bigger layouts i.e. 32x32 and 48x48. So an easy standard. 8 studs wide corridor small enough for a group walking through and big enough for a small vehicle. raised and baseplate. However joining points must be set. The moonbase standard clearly states were the linking pins are. This is a must if you want to integrate different MOC's! As you can see I've thought it through. Looking forward to the results.

MOC: Ladies' Night at the Palace Hotel Ballroom
Well, it was under the hotel in the sewer/ drainage system. It would be awesome to have it concluded. But I understand the problems with that. I just really like the scene.

Does anybody else like Motorcycles around here?
Are you talking about the Eurobricks event in Billund in april? Just for clarification. Allthough I would like to come, I am afraid I just don't have the time to attend.

Viper finished MOC
looks promissing Bart. I do think the nose has an air-intake, so I guess it should be open instead of closed. BTW there are some great MOC's around brickshelf. Just have a look for further inspiration. Good luck and love to see the result.

Does anybody else like Motorcycles around here?
So it's been a while since my last visit. Mailnly because the weather is to bad for me to drive in. Yes, i'm a whimp. Yesterday my bike came back from the shop from its winter tune-up. The dealers have a special rate, and I fell for the marketing trick. However I did order myself a new handlebar, all black, and it looks great. Now I really can't wait for spring. Last year I could start at March 2nd so who'll knows about this year. Fingers crossed. EDIT: just made this new icon, hope you like it.

Eastwood Ravine
Great work, in both ways. A nice rendition of a ravine with just enough details to make it interestng and enough simplicity on the walls so you don't focus on them all the time. It took me some time to figure out Eastwood . But then my mind warped and I got it now. This is the stuff I like. Hope you post pics of the entire lay-out later.

The Poor House
Thanks all, again. Especially Ratshot for granting me this great honour as a "not-normally-pirate-builder". I have put some pics on Flickr as well to keep it complete up there.

MOC: Ladies' Night at the Palace Hotel Ballroom
"Welcome to the Palace Hotel Ballroom. We would especially like to welcome all the representatives of the Illonois law enforcement community who have chosen to join us here to day.... Very, very impressive. Just gotta love the bluesmobile. Too bad you can't have Jake take of his sunglasses, that was hilarious in its simplicity.

Bricklink questions
Nope. i just know it wasn't the best used part of Bricklink and that they started an overhaul including the banning of fixed currency rates, start of using multiple currencies etc. All in all an improvement I guess.
