Nowing Igors it probably is something like an internal organ leaking set or something. BTW I forgot the description:

Thanks. Glad I got that idea across, the Igors usually work for a mad scientist. That's where the idea came from. Sorry: only 1 available and I'm keeping it.

Stunning work. Reminds me of David Niven in The Pink Panther.

On Lowlug.nl the annual LZHHM contest (Laat Zien Hoe Het Moet or Show How It Should Be Done) has started. This time with two categories; Impulse set and Architecture. This is my entry for the Impulse set category. Discworld Impulse set, 4467 by L-space, on Flickr An Igor with the tools of the trade, always willing to lend an extra hand.

Nice work. What a cute little ballista . I like where this is going. Hope to see the larger sets soon.
  6. Great work. Really impressive architecture and a storyline as a bonus.

  8. Thanks for the overview. It brought back memories.

    Hope you enjoy the day.
  10. The Ninja looks great but indeed can feel to slow for someone used to BIG. Good luck on your trip and keep on the safe side of the line.
  11. The Rimward side of the courtyard is finished. Now I'm in need of more tiles to finish the other three sides. The finished pics of the Courtyard won't be published untill the entire Main Octangle is done. Courtyard_09 by L-space, on Flickr That concludes the WIP shots of the Courtyard, so not to spoil the surprise. For part 1 of the Clocktower the foundation has been layed. The tiling attaches to the Courtyard. Clocktower-1_01 by L-space, on Flickr Also both are on Brickshelf when public.
  12. Yep, seen it and added to favourites on flickr. Too bad he isn't a member here so more people would get to know his work. And his MOCs would be welcomed I think. But I haven't seen any recent Discworld work.
  13. No sorry, I never had that problem. I crashed one of my previous bikes before I could get a flat. Allthough the front/ rear argument sounds feasable (is that correct spelling?) I cannot give you sound advise. Good luck tomorrow.
  14. Ouch, luckily you didn't get a blow-out. That's no fun on a bike. Can you get it plugged or do you need a new tire?
  15. If I don't like something, I don't reply. You do the math on this one... Just keep 'm coming. I love to see progress shots on a build. Your sheer enthousiasm is great to see as well.
  16. It is a good start, I see you took her for a ride. Good for you, and enjoy. Be carefull, he/ she might take over Wonderfull license plate btw. SLAK I remember something about it having a menaning in slang? In Duth it translates to SNALE, but looks a very fast one then.
  17. Enjoy your stay on the forums.
  18. Hy guys, it's been very quiet here lately. It is representing my time on my bike I'm afraid. No mileage whatsoever for the last weeks. My son was kind enough to wash it for me and the 10 meters back into the garage was the last I rode. I was hoping to visit the Fathersday Harleyday in Purmerend last sunday, but then it just kept on raining. Who will get me out of my sad streak?
  19. Invitation only. So be a good sport, stay focussed and you never know. Oh, and I think it involves giving away your free time and sacrifsing some other stuff (sanity?) but that's supposed to be a secret.
  20. Learning new sayings every day.
  21. I like it. The concept as a whole and especially the way the sides of the tower are connected. great use of cheese slopes. Lovely scenery with very outstanding lands at the end of the bridges.
  22. Thanks mate, she looks awesome. Some ideas for the inside: fill the racks with the shovels with more and maybe add a row of pickaxes too. Mostly those racks are filled to the max. And some gas bottles for cooking and welding. The blue top of the middle rack is great for displaying paint cans. Did you already include a fire extinguisher?
  23. Lovely review. I may have to get some of these. That would make for some nice MOC's. Maybe the airport scene or the cab chase. (Now you've got me thinking of Leeloo again )
