Sure would! Again, does anyone plan on buying this game?

RTN goes to Brickworld 2009
There it is, hidden behind that magnificent steamship of yours! I was wondering the story behind that. Nice ship! I only called it post civil war because it looked like a ship that was built after the 1860's. Thanks for enlightening me.

Huge Pirate Collection for Sale - Trade
Perhaps, if it is put on ebay, it can have a special place in the ebay sales thread?

Any Idea When the Next Pirate Sets will be announced?
For once in my life I'm DYING for leakage... Every day, I do a search. "lego pirates 2010" "lego 2010" "redcoats pirates lego 2010" "red coat ship lego 2010" So far, all I've gotten are the 2009 sets, people's mocs, and Lego Battles... so there isn't anything on google.

Huge Pirate Collection for Sale - Trade
Bluecoats are generally $4 each, If they have a shako then they're $6-8 per soldier. Governors are $10 apiece. Pirates are less expensive, $3 for redbeard. There are many more pirates, so you can check the prices here.

Huge Pirate Collection for Sale - Trade
Nice collection! However, I believe that it is supposed to be posted in the "buy, sell, and trade" forum. and, If I'm not mistaken, you need to be a frequent visitor with over 100 posts to use it. If I could buy some of it, I'd probably like that Eldorado Fortress baseplate, and maybe a handful of bluecoats, and some pirates. But this isn't the place for trading

3840 Pirate Code: Now available!
And what would you do with a giant chest, anyway? (seriously, give me some ideas, i'm drawing a blank) The colored tiles, the pearl gold jumpers, the new brown slopes, all those gems! I'm not sure how well the game would go, considering everything is so close together and someone might easily see someone elses code.

The HMS Cookie
You could probably make a powerful ship from this hull, You just needs some parts. It could be an almighty war barge with 3 guns broadside! Just make a central cabin housing the cannon and gun ports, put a roof on that, put up a couple of masts, and it shall be "HMS Puny" no more!
-
The HMS Cookie
Oh! That changes everything! Then I'd add in sails with pink flowers on them
-
The HMS Cookie
you don't have a pair of 6x16 plates for the roof?
-
The HMS Cookie
Ok. Can you use the hull piece that you are currently using for a roof to extend the ship?
-
RTN goes to Brickworld 2009
Yes, he also has a post-civil-war Monitor somewhere, I couldn't find it in that picture but I could be wrong.
-
The HMS Cookie
Interesting... Chocolate chip or peanut butter? I would add 2 more hull sections, and then make those into a cabin, separate from the bow and stern pieces. Picture a banana with a box on top. then, put the cannons inside. The ship has potential but it kinda looks...empty. I guess it would be good in a sea battle, it would be very fast, and cannonballs would go right through it. Oh and Alexandertam, CGH doesn't like Reds Vs Blues to be on normal threads anymore. The Redcoats Vs Bluecoats thread is here.

Nice story and those are GREAT ships! Matching color schemes, too. Congrats!

LEGO Pirates at Brickworld 2009!
It certainly would be! Though I would like to have seen more large ships, I like the port scenes. And the "Pirates in the Bermuda Triangle" is quite nice.

Attack of the Polite Argument
Nice scene! Your buildings are good, and I like your pirate ship. do you have more pictures of the ship by itself somewhere?
-
The Capstan Inn
Your best building yet! Magnificent design, magnificent color, magnificent story, and magnificent attention to detail! I love it!

The Yellow Jacket
If you had a cathedral or church, you could extend it, add another keyboard, and add yellow 1x1 "cannonball" bricks behind it (like tubes).

Any Idea When the Next Pirate Sets will be announced?
Redcoats DID wear blue underneath the red coats in some regements, other times they wore white. Look: I think that we will see and hear about the 2010 pirate sets by August, and they'll start popping up in various TRU's amd Lego stores by October. We'll get our first reviews of the set in November, and they will be everywhere by december, if that is when they are to come.

Classic-Pirates.com received over 70,000 unique visitors for 2009
I'll toast to that! Great job, everyone! This is truly a milestone! Here's to 70,000 more for the greatest Lego Pirate database on the web(IMO)!

Vessels & Vehicles
I believe it is a combination of both that makes the pirate theme great. Without ports, where would merchant ships trade? Where would warships patrol? Where would pirate ships raid? Without ships, why would you need ports? It is a question of philosophy. But personally, I like ships. Billowed sail, tall, graceful, majestic, always moving, inspirational. No matter how hard you try, you can never get a building to be like a sailing ship. They tried with the Sydney Opera House, but they couldn't come close.

My Ship Evolution
Wow... the Denise is better than anything I'll make in the next 5 years! It would be interesting to see one of your ships from before your "dark age", CGH. Interesting ship name, "the Tired" , but it looks good! Have you disassembled La Mort Royal? All look quite spectacular, and the Prins William Here are mine, as Paul refered to: My Evolution For such great builders as yourselves, who knows what the future may hold!
