  1. Holy Moses on a Sandwich... It's just pure awesome. The details. great. You catch the design and shape of a battlecruiser perfectly in this artwork.
  2. I love it. Color scheme is cool and it has a nice shape. Thanks for the LDD

looks amazing It catches the Blacktron look perfectly. Maybe more Blacktron specific tiles would be nice, and the Blacktron tri-force thingy in the front would make it a perfect Blacktron ship.

Wow, nice ship. I really love the rear part. Nice use of Bionicle parts.
  5. RangerBob replied to Peppermint_M's post in a topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Nice ship I really like the ship's back and especially the Engines. Only think i don't like, are the yellow parts at the front. (but I think you don't have these in a different color?)

Nice speeder Bikes. But it's kinda hard to look at the first one. It's sooo shiny
  7. Is that a coffee machine inside the car? nice I like it, it catches the look of the SP3 line. It even has flik-fire missiles
  8. I voted no I don't think LEGO could catch the look of the enterprise well. Or it would be something like this And what I have seen of enterprise, there wouldn't be enough Material for small & medium size sets. But some UCS would be great. PS: Lego should do a Babylon 5 theme. That would be so awesome
  9. holy Moses on a Sandwich. What nice drawings! I'm curious how the Walrus will look like.

Favorite alien? Kranxx Do you like the police outfits? Meh they could be better. I think they look like pyjamas with that color What's your favorite baddie vehicle? Hot-rod cycle. (Freeze ray frenzy) I don't know why but it looks nice. Favorite police vehicle? Falcon (Hyperspeed pursuit) was a hard choice between this and the Galactic enforcer. So voted what my gut feeling said How do you like the theme? I love it! This theme has some flaws but overall it is a great one.
  11. Definitely one of the best Mini figs ever! I remember in my childhood days, I used this mini fig for a substitute Darth Vader.
  12. it's a really hard to tell which theme is my favorite. I voted for space police 2 due to the fact, I have more fantastic child memories with this theme. But there is almost no theme I don't like But roboforce, insectoids & life on mars were in my dark age so I can't comment on them.
  13. No, no problems with my torso over here, also the minfig's torso has nothing abnormal.
  14. @chris_austin I added your requested pics in the review
  15. @Lordofdragonss thanks for the info. I added this in the review.
  16. @CP5670 I thought it is a sticker when I saw the first time outside the box, but it is printed.
  17. there are no other Special features. But blasting the pods open works surprisingly good.
  18. Thanks for your comments so far. I added 3 more Pics of the aliens @Adam I added 2 pics of the ship with all of the figures and mini-ships just for you @jonwil thanks for the info.
  19. @Adam look at the very first picture ;)
  20. @YG-49 You're welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome, welcome ,welcome and welcome @Skipper 24 The Head is plastic. you're right with that shuttle. Maybe it's lego's intention, that the ship looks like a future Space-Shuttle. It's easier to associate with humans that way.
  21. Still no SP3 out in Germany (except the impules) so I spent my money on this one: (this is a pic of the completed ship) It has a piece count of 825 and I payed 71.99€ @ Amazon.fr Front Box: Back Box: Instructions + Stickers Minfigs: Horatio was transferd from Miami into Space (Hairpiece not part of this set) This set has some nice Minifigs. The aliens are cool but i the space officers look kinda weird. To me it looks like they wear pyjamas. Also a female body print would have been nice. the best minifig in this set (not exclusive to this set. thanks to Lordofdragonss for pointing that out. It's also in the "Maximum Security" set): the statue in to old classic space: Too bad it hasn't one of the old helmets. Additional Note: the Minfig is printed. NO stickers. thanks to CP5670 for pointing that out the vehicle: nothing special but nice the alien space craft: nice little ship but i don't like this huge technic cannon thingies. there is also a nice little robot inside: so the days of Mr Wobbly Droid, S-Bot and G-Bot are counted The front of the ship can fly solo: the technic skeleton of the ship: the backpart finished: interior of the ship: Computer terminals and equipment. Really nice. The Front and the two back thingies can be put together to build a smaller ship: the left-overs: A nice part I haven't seen yet: It's an old Lego technic piece. Thanks to jonwil & Lordofdragonss for the info FLAWS: Big chunky parts: I really hate cockpits, which have no mechanism to open you have to take of the big windscreen to get to the Minifig Also a huge! hole at the back of the ship Additional Pics Ship+Miniship+Minifigs same as above, different angle forgotten Pics of Minifigs: Back of the green/spiky one: the Orange Alien: the white thing you see inside the mouth, is the Pin from the Minifigbody Pics requested by chris_austin: Engines: Close up of the pod close up on the pod-2-ship system Overall Rating Minifig: 8/10 like i said, the aliens are topnotch but the police kinda sucks. Parts: 7/10 lot of technic parts and big chunky things Playability: 9/10 A nice ship with lots of Space inside. You can seperate the two parts of the ship so you get a small ship, and also you can shoot at the jail capsules Design: 8/10 The ship has nice designed engines and weapons. Only thing i don't like, are the jail boxes at the side of the ship. There are somewhat ugly with the big target. Build: 6/10 A lot of technic use and some flaws here and there. Building is partial redundant. Overall: 7.6/10 In my Opinion a must-have set for Space fans. Finally a nice big Space ship from Lego. Not the best space ship out there but it's the best SP3 Set yet. PS: May a Mod add a vote? Please?

Still no SP3 sets out in Germany (except the Impuls sets) so i spent my money on this jewel of Lego Space: # Year released: 1986 # Pieces: 413 # Minifigs: 4 (source: Brickset.com) Let's have a closer look at the box Some of the alternative models you can build: some of these look better than some normal sets. Okay lets switch to the Minifigs: Here arranged as the German national colors (can easily be switched to Belgian) Classic Space Minifigs in 4 different colors (the 4th is in the next pic). All with Airtanks and helmets. Back then they hadn't visors. I prefer those old helmets. They look sleeker than the new ones. If they just had visors... Here is the promised last Minifig sitting on a landrover. the Landrover is nothing spacial compared to newer versions but it is okay and can also carry another minifig. (Or more but the Minifigs like having more space for their feets ) Notice the technic bricks? they are important later in this review. And here comes the main attraction: this is the front part of the ship. The cockpit is really big. The pilot can stand to fly the ship. I love these window-thingies the back part of the ship. With nice little tool boxes. They can be removed and transported with the landrover. Oh Bob you sloth. and finally the ship completed : here a pic with all roofs up so you can play inside of the ship. There is next to no interior inside the ship. Just two computers. a nice printed Brick. There are no stickers in this set. The good old times... here the front view: notice the printed front thingy... wait this ship is so cool, someone tries to steal it! Overall Rating Minifig: 9/10 4 Classic-Space Minifigs. Red, White, Yellow and Black combined in one set- Parts: 9/10 Realy nice Window-parts and other "Classic Space parts". There are also a lot of transyellow bricks/plates. Playability: 9/10 A nice ship with lots of Space inside. You can seperate the two parts of the ship so you got a base and a ship, that is still airtight. Design: 9/10 The ship has weapons and engines. So it could shoot down the SP2 ships and fly away from the SP1 ships.(only an example). Also neat color scheme. Overall: 9/10 In my Opinion a must-have set for Space fans PS: May a Mod add a vote? Please?
