  1. Me too - my October 9th order has changed to Shipped, but nothing in email.

  3. Oh cool now the Wolfpack torso has disappeared from the site entirely. Ah well....
  4. The City ones are in stock on the Australian site.
  5. Dang. If they have such a widespread issue how can they just let these orders sit there with no action, instead of doing something like pushing reorders through for all of them. I emailed about my October 9 standard order and they gave me some Insiders points, which is nice, but it's still all just sitting there In Warehouse.
  6. PaB has been updated with some new parts, including a few things from the Burrow and the City advent sweaters. Will they ever add the printed parts from the August 2024 sets though? They added the new non-printed stuff a while back, but not the prints. They've also weirdly removed that new hat/hair from Dreamzzz and Jaws, besides the one colour that has been on for longer.
  7. Yes, unfortunately just out of range.
  8. This is typical Brick Fanatics non-news. Every single CMF release since the second half of 2020 has come out one month later in Australia and NZ than the rest of the world. That's just the release schedule for Aus/NZ at this point.
  9. Small category: 75391 Captain Rex Y-Wing Microfighter alt-build. [Alt-Build Contest] 75391 Captain Rex Mech-rofighter - LEGO Star Wars - Eurobricks Forums
  10. Who needs a LEGO-designed mech when you can mech it yourself? Here's a mech I built out of the Captain Rex Y-Wing microfighter, in honour of our alt-build contest. It's kind of posable, with the arms being able to swing in and out. I also included a spot to include Rex's blasters around the back, though it's pretty bulky in not the prettiest way. Yes the legs move too, though I needed to attach the mech to something (still included in the set) to show that off. Let me know what you think!

  15. The somewhat inflammatory title isn't befitting what has become a productive discussion. I have changed it, but feel free to suggest something else if you'd prefer.
  16. Oh. No hard rule but I think at least 50% of the parts, if not more like 75%.
  17. What do you mean by bottom limit?
  18. Awesome! Very whimsical and magical build, like something out of a children's story. Super creative too.
  19. No. That's a multipack of individual sets. LEGO has done many thousands of sets. I know everyone is limited by what they have (not suggesting anyone should buy anything for the contest), but there's really plenty of choice out there!
  20. I know we're out of the habit of sharing pics of our orders these days, but here are some of my latest. Poor croc's tail was Standard so still waiting in Europe... https://www.instagram.com/p/DDuMUhbz8vX/?igsh=eHpnb3Bua3pneTRi
  21. Personally I think that's some very generous mental gymnastics to justify a price that strikes me as at least $5 USD too high. It just doesn't pass the eyeball test. The build is a $15 set build. It's just a box and a dinky fireplace. The amount of figures and the printed pieces could push it up to $20, but they've added another $5 on top. Battle pack pricing is skeevy anyway and they know it. Those sets crept up in price over the years, but LEGO paused them and then reintroduced them with a significant price jump. Anyway, just my take.
  22. To be honest all I really want from that set are Lockhart and the newest Snape who I haven't gotten yet. It's just that with a set this size the brain convinces itself that it's more cost effective, though not actually cheaper, to buy the whole set on sale than to BL just the desirable figures.
  23. And that's how they con us into paying too high a price for that set. As it should be though for playability. Good on them.
  24. Fantastic podracers! The expanded parts palette of a larger set, and Creator to boot, really gives you a lot to work with to make very clean builds. The side builds look very well-resolved too and not an afterthought.
  25. Now that's definitely something I'd expect to see on the back of an old LEGO box! That set would've been a challenge to work with for sure, but just goes to show... anything can be a mech!
