  1. I would have more sympathy for you normally, but you just had a set of CMF that came out exclusively in your country. Also, I think the London banker screams U.K. in this instance, as did the Highland battler, the Bagpiper, and the Palace Guard. You don't see any of us over here screaming about how "English" everything is, do you?
  2. I woke up this morning to see this, and I am far from disappointed. I can forsee myself picking up most of the figures, especially multiples of the actor and the Conquistador. Others, like the diver, Bavarian, and pirate are also due to be picked up.
  3. I just hope the Pirate and the Conquistador are on the correct half.

For me, I skipped this set in favor of the London Escape specifically because of the figures. I have much more use for Redcoats than the fantastical Pirates, and the cart and carriage integrate well. I can see the potential for the wheel in this set, but I think it would require a lot of modding.
  5. I actually see him as more of an individual figure, and have grouped him (for army building purposes) with the rest of my dark, smaller factions (Wolfpack, Black Knights, Dragon Knights) as mercenaries.

What is your source for that? I thought the license included the future films as well.
  7. My favorites: 1) Bagpiper-Series 7 2) Highland Battler- Series 6 3) Royal Guard- Series 5 All three of those actually make great army builders, and their prices have thus far remained relatively low due to their army building not being so obvious. Edit: Just attained Knighthood.

That was extremely impressive for your first MOC. I have to admit, I haven't tried to tackle a ship yet. Great job!
  9. 10 bagpipers for parts. I need to stay away from my credit card for a while.

I did a little checking, and it turns out LEGO has produced a surprising number of Mer-people. The Harry Potter series, the mermaid in Pirates II, a mer-couple in the Historical Minifigures set, the two POTC mermaids, and finally the Sea King in the CMF. Just curious, how many of those do you have?
  11. Unfortunately, this is just way too high out of my price range, and that is a shame because I want that Zombie Chef!
  12. Three. One to keep MIB, one to build up with the MF theme, and a third for parts.
  13. Not up here in Pennsylvania, and I'll check Ohio on Saturday. If we can figure out where they are not, we are that much closer to figuring out where they are.
  14. Technically the new features have started with the ears for Elves, Orcs, and Werewolves.
  15. After much thought, I think the Separatist Shuttle has to be one of the worst. It's odd, and fairly well useless. As for the original Ewok Attack, at least it had a Stormtrooper and a Scout Trooper to help redeem it slightly.
  16. I agree, that MOC is an excellent piece of work. However, I think this was featured somewhere else, as it looks incredibly familiar.
  17. Has anyone found this in the U.S,?
  18. I'm just hoping this is closer to the first Arctic (with the scientists) rather than the Transformers that was Agents.
  19. I like the torso for Romans a lot, but I think there might be a better piece for the legs...the Slave Leia just looks ever so slightly off.
  20. Each one of these is a phenomenal piece unto itself, but together it goes completely over the top.
  21. The fact that it ready for display while being unfinished is a testament to how great this build is.
  22. I find that difficult, as I find myself checking this thread daily in hopes of news.
  23. This is on my list for the next paycheck. The Fett and Lando figures put it over the top.

Strictly speaking, the dynamite dates back to the Power Miners theme. A sweet looking set, but it's so massive I think I might Bricklink the figure and move on.
  25. While they are not all huge masses of troops, it is a lot of fun to see a few of the older factions making an appearance.
