  1. That looks alot better now and offcourse can carry more troops.
  2. From memory you can use the Base from the lever and insert the windowpane into the slot where the lever sits. I think though that depends on if it's the older style window panes or the newer, as the newer are thicker. https://www.bricklink.com/browseList.asp?itemType=P&catString=24
  3. Thanks. I really tried to capture the narrowness of the head from a front on view as a lot I have seen look too angled out towards the top. The legs took a lot of playing around to get a balance of looking right while being stable. I'm really glad how well it stands as it is incredibly stable and can stand with its legs in multiple walking positions without and need for support.
  4. I think it must be made of 4 of these which would make up the octagonal platform of the freezing chamber.
  5. Looks like it will be a shopping trolley full of battlefront battle packs then for me. Probably also the freezing chamber too depending on how the minifigs look.
  6. Thanks guys and yes General Veers is the model imperial officer.
  7. Commander Brenn Tantor leads the Imperial assault on Rebel positions to rescue stranded Imperials on Yavin 4, caught here after the destruction of the first Death Star. Among those he rescued was Maximillian Veers. I always liked this story and thought it would make a nice little scene to use my AT-ST in. by Michael, on Flickr by Michael, on Flickr by Michael, on Flickr
  8. That is from the angle of the photography I believe. I cannot see any mechanism on those wings that would allow them to fold outwards.
  9. Great build and so many details so well done. The sliding doors are well executed and its a nice colour scheme too.
  10. Lovely MOC and a great piece of history
  11. Update again. All the modules are shown here together at last. Just a few minor details to finish here and there and then all done. Will take some good photos of it all then. Layout all together at last. by Michael, on Flickr Layout all together at last. by Michael, on Flickr Layout all together at last. by Michael, on Flickr
  12. Liking the sound of the battle packs and finally a cloud city themed set after a long wait. I am wondering if the hoth attack set will be more the imperial side to balance the echo Base set. "Attack" makes that sound a possibility and maybe an AT-ST will feature?
  13. Update time again. Being on holidays I've been able to get a lot of work done. Not much left to go now just waiting on more bricks to build up the base of the factory then to build an extension for the table to sit it all on. Almost there. Here you can see the flour mill set up with the wharf and also a canal barge ready to load. Very nice. Haven't seen a MOC of these style tractors before.
  15. Thanks guys and I just finished the flour mill building. Now just waiting to get some tiles to finnish the road from Bricklink. by Michael, on Flickr Flour mill by Michael, on Flickr Flour mill by Michael, on Flickr
  16. Congratulations Gary on an amazing build. I know this farm building well in real life and can see how accurate your MOC is.
  17. Hello I used the technique as seen here with the tank treads as the interior http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/257825
  18. Update time again. This is the first part of an industrial area along the approach line to the harbour. Factory wip by Michael, on Flickr Factory wip by Michael, on Flickr Factory wip by Michael, on Flickr Also a closer look at the silos. Need to make a ladder in blue for this but its not easy sourcing the right parts. Twin cement silos by Michael, on Flickr
  19. It is in the bedroom and yes if I'm not sleeping its very handy.
  20. Well that's lucky I haven't made that beer transport wagon then. I had been considering making one. Anyway some interesting questions you raise there to consider.
  21. Thanks and I wasn't aware of that list from BeLUG. Thanks Rob and some good advise there.
  22. Great little ship there. Clever use of the droid heads for the bridge area.
  23. Update time. Well the wife wanted this out of the living room so I built a desk which doubles as my Lego building corner for in the bedroom. She's not impressed it is taking up space there now but tough luck haha. Anyway this is how it looks now. Finally moved to its new home. by Michael, on Flickr
  24. Here is a photo of the real locomotive showing the cab design with the old BHP livery. I believe they are all in dark green and orange now with the BHP-Billiton livery.
  25. Been watching the progress on flickr. Looking forward to seeing the whole diorama
