My life was ninja turtles when I was a kid. If this theme actually happens I'll be flat broke. Between the Star Wars sets in want and series 8 of the CMF I'll buy every single TMNT set. Regardless of how good or bad they are. I'll cross my fingers for this theme.

Ok guys. This happened a few months ago and I see it happening again. I'm not pointing fingers but the criticisms and discussions are starting to get personal and I can sense the anger. Saying someone's MOC looks like crap, isn't criticism its an insult aimed at hurting them. Anio I know most of the time your just responding and I understand you having to take a defensive stance but in general these discussions where it's a comment with an underlying rude tone directed towards another comment with an underlying rude tone need to stop. Please keep this civil. If you don't have anything nice (or politely constructive) then don't say anything.

I wish the colors were more standard and not so pastelly / flouresnt like.

Ranks can be manually changed, so that is likely how, the why isn't really important. The criteria for automatic ranking has not changed though.

First come first serve, we are a team, as long as it gets blogged. I honestly could mistake this for a PotC set, it looks so good. On top of that upon closer inspection it is clear that this is of higher quality and thinking, than a standard set. I love how you did the ground on both islands, it's a great technique. The simplicity of the islands make them look so good. Sometimes having too much clutter overloads the MOC. I think these two islands look perfect.

My thoughts exactly. If it was a UCS Millennium Falcon set that you could practically sell and buy a used car. My thoughts might be different. For something like this I'd either open it and enjoy it, and not sell it since it has sentimental value. Or keep it sealed and proudly keep it as it would also have sentimental value. That's just my opinion though.

I'm out of ideas. Sorry man. Besides going as far as unistalling your browser and reinstalling it. (which I know is a stretch)

It was me. EDIT: Now I've been given Pirates Bogger - I'm actually stumped on this one. Not sure if they meant blogger, or if I mispelt blogger somewhere. Edit 2: Turns out I mispelt blogger, go figure those ninja mods, it could have been anyone.

Do both buttons actually work? Or is one more of a ghost button?

Whitefang what can I say. Your CMF reviews are legend. Usually it's like reviews because they let me experience a set that either I can't afford or is not of my price range or just didn't make the cut for my limited LEGO funds. But this is different. I'm as crazy about these as the next guy and I will definitely be buying a box. Yet I still look forward to your wonderful reviews. The statistics you provide are very interesting and the grouping with the previous like figs is aways fun to see. Sometimes I actually forget about figs from series past. I really do just love seeing these reviews, plus you usually get your box before me so I get a VIP preview to the figs I will soon own. Congratulations on keeping the standard for reviews in the top tier. These are the best on the net, I'm sure of it.

Wow, I can't believe how cheap you got this. I love the fig lineup but also the parts lineup is nice. It's good to see older sets with the chrome hilts, I'm happy I stocked up on them before they went extinct. A very fine review.

Your review has caused me to find one on ebay and it's on it's way. Another great review! I love all the close ups of the alternate builds on the box. It's great to see such an old set opened and reviewed as if new. Granted it technically is new. Nice work!

That's just awesome. It really has the feel of the Guilds but then it's friendsified. I also didn't know you had that much friends stuff. Really great build though.
