How to attach books and tomes?
Hi, when I'm building a MOC, I want to have everything attached, or atleast not completely loose. I know a lot of people just put the books on the tiles at the table, but I want to attach the tomes, so it's not running around when moving the MOC etc. Is there any way to attach the lego books and tomes instead of just letting them lie on the surface? I'd like to attach them to a table so that the front cover is visible and cannot figure out any option. I tried all kinds of clips, maybe a minifigure hand would go nicely, but I cannot figure out a way to hide and attach the hand. So what are your ways and ideas? I searched the web and found none such a solution. Thank you for your time and have a nice day :)

The Yellow Dragon Inn (MOC)
Hi, I own the MMV and always liked that medium blue tavern. After I saw Versteinert's one on rebrickable, I decided to build my own, inspired by the one I saw there. I don't have Paypal to buy instructions on rebrickable, so I tried to build one by myself just by looking at different pictures and adding things I like, kind of freestyle :) And the gallery: The Yellow dragon inn | Flickr

[MOC] PlunderCats: Hideout on Cat Skull Island
The moment I saw this, I remembered the 2D PC game "Captain Claw" - which was actually about a cat captain, who sought the legendary medalion of nine lives, while battling off the Cocker-Spaniards and other dogs/felines :) Thank you for bringig back these memories with such a storyful and detailed build;-)

[MOC ] Holly and The Tall James Tyde
Hi, I found couple of old photos I used for my novel, it's Holly, the ship of the pirate and main character called Tall James Tyde. Today I see a couple of mistakes and ideas for better installment, but I think it's still a solid build. Sorry fo the quality, I did not have a better camera back in the day. (Here is a quick translation into english from the novel's prologue: It was supposed to be 2 years. Two years in the army after recruitment, so you could become the citizien with all benefits. The first year of training in the regional camp and the second nicely in the warm of the garrison in the capital. This would ensure a sufficient supply of recruits and garrisonmembers in the case of a threat to the capital. But during the war in the colonies, everything changed. Two years became to be five. A year in the area, then on the island of Mart and 3 years in the colonies. The government needed all the power the kingdom could offer. Only this way could Aurelia compete with the Dartwall in the colonies. Of course, other powers had interests in the tropics as well, but Aurelia and Dartwall were the strongest rivals. The colonies offered power and wealth to all who set out for them. But the reason the king recruited so many new forces was, that your hopes of returning were limited to one in ten. There were ways to avoid it. Of course. Redeem yourself with gold or increase your chances of survival and better treatment by an officer's school. However, both were beyond the reach of the lower classes. And so while the nobility bathed by the fireplace in the treasures of the western islands, the sons of workers and merchants laid down their lives there. "For the king and his family." Only a few recruits from the lower ranks were lucky and were accepted to the officer's school. James Tyde was among them. But bribing officials was not a cheap affair. His mother gave up the town house and most of the property. To get her son home one day. Alive and well. But back then she had no idea, that Roger James Tyde would never return to Koss…) More on my Flickr gallery: https://www.flickr.com/photos/190332733@N05/50381882182/in/dateposted-public/

My Firebreathing fortress (MOC)
Hi, it's been a while since I built something, so I decided to pull out my Lego boxes of the shelf and dust it off. I was thinking about what to build, and then I remembered an old remastered Nighlords castle I've seen couple of years ago and my plans for Volcano island revision inspired by it. So I decided to make my own recreations of old sets and started with Firebreathing fortress, since I like dragon knights ;-) Hope you 'll like it :) PS: since it's been a while, I dont remember how to post imgs, so I hope it will work :D The Dragonlord himself on the ramparts: The dragonhead living stone machine: Dont provoke the bees, or you'll get some stings! The back with some oppurtunistic looters: Side with lookthrough interier and dungeon: Have a nice day :)

MOC - Crazy Town
Once upon a time, there was a strange tavern, just at the very periphery of the dark forrest, where the shadows and suprisingly also the happiness lie. Those who dare to come, never want to leave, because they had never that much fun and adrenaline in their lives, as there. Possibly because the alcohol makes the ghost and other beings look just lovely and harmless....or you just do not fear as much.... I've been having this MOC in my shelf for at least two years and canť remember, if I already posted it or not, but it's not in my brickshelf gallery, so possibly not. So I decided to post it here. I hope you like it. PS: the piano jester is playing is not my idea, i found it somewhere on the internet and liked it, so i decided to use it here, with some changes in colors, crapiness and the bat.

Best and Worst Set: 2009 Edition
The best one is deffinetly Medieval Markett Villige. The worst is King's Battle Chariot, because of unbalanced design and high price for such a small and ugly set.

New Castle/Historical themes to replace the Fantasy theme.
If I have to choose one of these options, I'd like to see Classic Castle and villigers thown into.

MOC: Hill House; Homage to the Horror Genre
Oh my god, this is......beautiful, wonderful, AWESOME!!! This is really a masterpiece! I like everything about it. The details on walls, the front stairs, flowers outside the fortress, the crazy clown, choosing colors, blood spouted from walls and the spider-cave - the atmosphere you made is really great.
