No, that's a non-bendable leg with an armour piece over it that makes it look like it bends. =P I'm liking the look of most of these. Hopefully the prices aren't too bad, I might pick some up. They're all pretty good, just wish they didn't have lame names. Were people here going to do that 'unofficial' BIONICLE Story 2010 using these sets? 'cause that'd be win. -K

Yeah, story's too convoluted. My fanon ended back in 2008, with Mata Nui battling Makuta inside the universe (in my fanon, Mata Nui is pretty much just a Makuta, except without the evulz, and a light blue colour instead of antidermis' green/black.) Bara Magna started out great. It really did. But then they started tying it in, and it all went downhill from the point where it was revealed that that was where the Great Beings were from... I'd appreciate a complete reboot.

Have any of you heard the Latin phrase 'malo 'malo malo malo?' It's a good way for remembering the four Latin 'malo's. The first is the irregular 1st person singular of 'malo, malle' meaning 'I prefer (to be),' the second is ablative for apple tree (malus (masculine) is an apple tree, mala (feminine) is the fruit). The third malo translates as than an evil man/thing (could be either, technically, but it's probably 'man') which comes from the adjective 'malus, -a, -um' meaning 'bad or evil.' The last means 'in adversity. So from those, I'm pretty sure malum was supposed to mean evil (although neuter) or an evil thing :P Oh, and 'Fero' is a direct translation for 'I carry, bear'

Hmm, I pronounce 'Lewa' as 'Loo-uh.' But I say 'Lay Koro.' Same with Gali and Ga Koro: 'Gal-lee' and 'Gah Koro'

They should only be $15 or so, with the exchange rate. But there's also shipping. So it ends up being about 1.5 times the American price. Has someone made an Ackar review here? I find that reviews are generally better here than on BZP.

The Legends have arrived in Australia, except for the vehicles. And Mata Nui. And Eww (Vastus). So only Gelu, Stonius, Kiina, and Ackar. I picked up a Gelu for $20. He's so awesome looking, but you have to make him like DV did. So much better holding a sword in each hand. On the topic of Gelu, how are you supposed to pronounce his name. Because I call him "Jel-loo," but the commercial says "Gay-loo." Not that it'll make a difference on what I call him anyways...

No, I know, Zip. But if I get married today, it's not my anniversary today, it's my one year anniversary in one year from now. So the first anniversary of Bionicle is in winter (summer for North Hemisphere-ers), 2002. Therefore, the 10th anniversary is in 2011. @Bunda: Wow, I could've sworn there was a Bohrok on the list...
