That's a huge layout . I really like the peddeler selling the food and the soldiers on patroll. One thing I would change is the crane, it seems too modern or steampunk and not really pirate. Great job though.
  9. Since each store is owned by a different person you can place 2 orders but they have to be payed for and shipped independently. Does that help?
  10. Thank you very much. I tried to include plenty of action but not so much so that the scene felt too crouded. I also tried to get the right faces for the people, how did I do?

Yea, I'm sorry too. I just hate people who find cool MOCs and claim that it is theirs . Now I understand. As for the ship, I like it. I would add something to the black part on the second deck side windows. It seems too bland. Also, try to center the ladders on the side more. The flag with the red background means that the ship is a merchant ship.

According to the Brickshelf folder, he has done all of Captain K's MOCs. I think we need a bit of an explination since this is NOT your folder or ship .
  15. On August 9, 1765 the Bluecoat and Redcoat armies met at St. Anthony's crossing. The Bluecoats proceded to set up a camp a few yards away from the banks while the Redcoats got into battle formations. When the Bluecoats realised that the Redcoats really where going to fight them, they proceded to make a full scale charge. Most of them made it across the river before the glorius Redcoat commander, Captain Genaro led a counter-charge at the Bluecoats line. Realising that they were no match for the Redcoats supirior numbers, the Blucoats all turned and fled. Right after recrossing the river, some Redcoats opened fire killing hundreds of Bluecoats. Before long, the whole Bluecoat army was either dead or captured. This is a shrine made in the Redcoat city of St. Anthony in honor of the brave Redcoats who fought that day. Over view of shrine. You can see the shrine, a marine standing guard and a old veteran showing his son what happened that day. Better view of Veteran and his son. This Redcoat seems quite happy after getting a kill. A VERY angry Redcoat chasing down some helpless Bluecoat. An overview without any minifigs. Thank you for looking.

Just a wild guess, BrickExpo in Canberra, Australia. Now for the ship, it looks great. I like the usage of the log-bricks on the tumble home. The sails are also really nice.

It's always great to see another ship being built. Just a few words of advice, For the second picture, you only need two of them if you are building one ship. Those are the bow and stern pieces. As for the last picture, you only want 2 not 3. If you have 3 then your bow or stern will look too tall. You will also need some 2x4 to conect the pieces (I''m guessing that you have them) and some plates are a good idea to help hold it together. If you have some money and time, look at CGH frigate manual, it's a great reasource and is very helpful.

WOW that looks huge . I like the big and wide docks but feel that they should have stuff on them like barrels, crates, ship supplies, ect. Also, could you take some pictures of the whole thing with out ships too. I think that it might give us a better idea of what it looks like since the ships distract from the picture a bit. I can't wait to see updates on this, keep it up.

  20. I vote no. Even thogh the police in my Lego city are armed, lets not forget that Lego sets are designed to be sold to kids. There is enough violence in the world these days and I don't think that little kids need to be brought up with additional violence in there lifes.
  21. Those stern cannons must come in handy while you run from the redcoat fleets . I really like the ship. I think that you blended a lot of colors very well. I am not sure about the black 1x1 inbetween the center window and the two side windows. It seems a little out of place making the ship look like a bumble bee.

I think that it looks good but to better get the curve effect of the bow and to make it less blocky I would do this,
  23. That person is a little disturbing. The whole ending part seemed out of place and hard to follow. Now I don't watch too many of these horror movies so mabey this is norm but a bit of an introduction, explaning the whole ending would be nice. I though that it was a dream of some sort, then I sort of realised that he killed those people. Well, mabey he had nothing better to do with his day. I have a similar minifig and know for a fact that he is far sighted so he can't see his own two feet very well. The bigger question is why does he weild a gun on city streets but not in the basement of a serial killer?

Your ship looks great. I have always liked ships that are modular to allow access to the interrior and it looks like you did a great job. I would love to be the captain, he has a huge room. Also, I love the hatch to allow the crane to unload cargo . How many crew members do you have.
