Are these videos supposed to be depicting actual gameplay on the 3DS?

Deus hears the announcement and quickly signs up for the raffle. "It's free, so why the heck not?" He says to himself, smiling.

"Wait, exactly when did the break-in occur?" Deus asked, as, judging by the butler's words, it had only been a short time ago.
