  1. Indeed. However, I must remind you (not specifically you, LegoRomania, but everyone here) that leaks are not allowed here. If you find leaked pictures of future BIONICLE sets, please don't post them, nor links to those pictures, thank you.
  2. Noticed that yesterday, I've bought the Unity Masks of the Toa I don't have (Tahu, Onua, Lewa and Gali), the transparent MoCr and a second MoCo. I've also bought a pair of tr. neon green crystal shells to modify UtD when I have him (I plan on adding them on his back, like the JtO version).
  3. I like the idea of linking runes to non-elemental powers. It fits with the beginning of Escape from the Underworld, where runes prevent Kulta from moving when he gets angry. Here's what I imagined : -The Masks of Creation and Control have been forged with crystals of each element. The elemental crystals were initially hidden beneath the surface of Okoto. It's an explorer from the Jungle Region, Ohliko, who first discovered one, and he noticed the trees grew when he touched them with the crystal in his hand. He gave it to Khaeli, who was a blacksmith, and after experimenting with the crystal, she created the first Mask of Power. She also used the crystals to give elemental powers to pieces of armour and weapons, and not only masks. She was the first Mask Maker ever, and also the only one able to use more than one elemental power in a mask. She forged the Masks of Creation and Control, which were passed down through the generations until Ekimu and Makuta get them. She was the daughter of the best blacksmith of Okoto, who lived in the Region of Jungle, and it's their family's forge that eventually became the Temple of Creation. Most of her masks were in the Museum of the Capital of Okoto when Makuta and Ekimu fought, and most of them have been lost or destroyed by the explosion. However, some of them are said to be hidden below the Temple of Creation.
  4. Entry A - 2 points Entry B - 1 point
  5. Use this topic, maybe ?
  6. Lego has released a trailer for the newest episodes of JtO, and Umarak is shown holding a golden fragment, which could be a part of the Vahi.
  7. Depends on how you make it, but it could be dangerous for the kids.
  8. I noticed it too. You can see it more clearly when you alter the image :
  9. Leewan replied to ddeklerk's post in a topic in LEGO Action Figures
I have a similar (but much smaller) head sitting on my desk since last summer haha. It's interesting to see a WIP topic, people rather tend to post finished MOCs. It looks good so far, although the lower arms and the upper torso seem a bit "weak" compared to the legs. You could use H-beams to strengthen the upper torso. Also, you may need to rebuild some parts of the MOCs in order to attach the "armor". Good luck with the rest of the MOC !
  10. Indeed, which is why you should use the report button instead, to alert the mods if somebody is rude / insulting / OT / doesn't follow the rules. However, you are right, this is not the place to discuss the results of a contest that took place months and months ago. The very same controversy appeared when the results were announced, and there is no need to have this debate again, and certainly not on this topic which is about the Bionicle 2016 sets. Now, we only know there will be a Bionicle-themed contest on Rebrick this year (and I don't think we'll have to wait too long, according to Dorek's interview it will come after the Technic contest which has been launched a couple weeks ago). We don't even know what they will ask to build, and we don't know the rules. Maybe they will take the comments about the winning entry in account and forbid to use parts that are not available in sets. Maybe they will forbid huge demon-like MOCs. When we'll know that, then we will be able to disscuss the relevance of specific MOCs and parts. You can speculate about the prize, or the theme if you want, but please don't bring back an old controversy, this will not change the results of the BftGM contest, and this has nothing to do with the topic of this thread.
  11. And the 1H wave isn't on sale here, it seems to be limited to North America. This and the magazine being only published in European countries (so far) make me think that Bionicle may be selling better in Europe than in NA.
  12. Why are you being so dramatic ? The publication of only two magazines is hardly a clue towards Bionicle's ending (which has always been planned to be in 2017, as mentioned by MrHerofan). The first issue has been published on the 1st June in Germany, and it doesn't say that the next issue will be the last one (however, it says the second one will be released in August). It came out in France today, and the release date for the second issue is 14th October (closer to Italy). Again, no mention of it being the last. We will also have the first novel and graphic novel in the next few months, but I haven't found them on Amazon.de and Amazon.it. I haven't searched in the others countries.
  13. We will, though. At least, France will.
  14. It would be a nice follow-up to the TNG Skull Scorpio mask, if there's an exclusive mask offered at the SDCC. A trans-purple MoCo would be nice too.
