Wow, great MOCs, Legopard ! I especially love the first one, it is so cute !
  2. Seems to be a very good set, do someone know when it will be avalible ?
  3. It's because it's the fourth Cuusoo set (after the Shinkai 6500, the Hayabusa, and Minecraft).
  4. Well, the police car won't drive itself, right ?

Thanks for your comments ! Yeah, wished that too, but unfortunately, Thornraxx has only two teal bones. I could have ordered some more, but that would be cheating, then. :P

This is one of my latest MOCs, it's a black and turquoise cyclops. And its name is pronounced Hay-yair-t'z. Which is not easy to say, I admit it. Brickshelf / MOCPage I hope you will like it, and as always, C&C are welcome !
  7. The new wookie seems nice, more accurate, but the vehicle is lame. It looks worse than the previous version. Do I spot a new part on the turret (the part with the trans-green bubble) ?
  8. Very good review, Rufus ! The comparison with the original MOC was a very good idea, and the final product is far better. Compromises had to be done, and sometimes people seem to forget it. The price, though, made me quite reluctant to buy it : 42€, even if it's lower than in some other European countries, is still quite high. x/ But at least we don't have Australian prices (which are a shame).
  9. Wait, it's still not midnight, the contest is not yet over, right ? Because I still have to show you my fourth entry ; Cragger's Speedor : Oh, that's sad. Don't you even have any screenshot ?

    Man, that's amazing !

Nice, I love the hands. The details (especially the head) are nice, very creative and awesomely executed, but all that seem very fragile. :/ Also, the ankle connection terribly stresses the technic part, I almost suffer just by looking at it.
  12. Wow, love that bike ! The car is nice too. But I don't really like the minifigs, especially Emmett. x/

@ Dorek : You can still take a look at the instructions and compare. ;) @ bacem : Thank you ! The gallery is public now, but you also can see the detail of this MOD here. x)There are also more details of the MOD in the gallery, such as pictures of the modified skeleton.
  14. Oh, nice ! I might get this set, the more I see it, the more I like it. :D
  15. Wow, pictures already ? That's a nice batmobile, the riddler's dragster is rather average, and the figs don't interest me (superheroes just aren't my cup of tea, don't burn me ).

Hi guys ! I made some modifications to the excellent Cragger, and I'm gonna show them to you. First, I filled some gaps : I added another neck armor, a "throat armor", and a pelvis armor. I also lengthened the shins, and the tail. And I added a tongue (which was not easy to attach). The grey/olive limbs and the black body look weird, but I can't put black limbs because of the friction bones. :/ Also, I don't really like the Metru leg armor for the pelvis, since this is the only Bionicle-stylized part on this MOD, but I don't know which part put instead. Do you have any ideas ? Main picture : Brickshelf gallery I hope you'll like my MODs. C&C are welcome, and if you want to reproduce those modifications, don't try this at home, this may be dangerous, please post pictures, I would be very glad to see it. :D
  17. A nice review for a nice set. Thanks, ZORK64 !

this is either trolling, or a bad marketing idea. x/
  19. Sixth entry ? I'm not sure it will count, since the rules say that... . x/
  20. Those might be brickfortress legs. Or self-made custom legs. x)
  21. Very well done ! But weren't a way to avoid torturing those poor 5 axles ? Otherwise, how far does it shoot ?

Wow, love the shape and the colors, this is really great !
  23. My third entry : The Chi Crossbow : It really fires a Chi-powered flick-fire bolt, thanks to the red button (like on Lego sets :D ), and is mainly used by the Crow tribe. More on Brickshelf

I often use normal HF parts, especially when I'm too lazy to make custom builds, but I have the feeling of doing "clones" in the end, since it's always the same build. Custom bases are like a way of breaking habits. ^^ Well, you can say that my constraint was to create a custom body. ;) But I agree, constraints foster creativity. :) Otherwise, I made a better render, unfortunately it took too much time, so I'm posting it here just for fun, the entry picture will remain the same. Link.

Thanks for your comments ! :D I really wanted to do a Hero that would look like a Hero. Some entries are very good, but they don't really give a Hero feel (I don't want to offend anyone ;) ), they more give me the impression of a Toa (or a Bionicle MOC) with a Hero Core on its chest. So I chose to make something more simple, with a real Hero feel. But with a custom body because I always prefer custom bodies. ^^ Hum... I don't know, the Titanium Metallic is here to show that this part was originally a weapon. Plus, I don't have Fire Lord. The Slug is not easy to attach, and I don't think I can come up with a better solution. And the figure lacks back armor because of the Slug, I really wanted the Slug to be as close of the body as possible.
