  1. I totally agree with omerai. And I think a MOC is a MOC as long as it's your own design and you don't copy other's creations, I don't care if it's physically or virtually built. I prefer making MOCs with LDD because in LDD I have an infinite quantity of bricks, and in almost every color. Lego CAD softwares remove those constraints of quantity and colors avalibility, and allow me to be as creative as I can, I'm no longer limited by my stock. And I think MOCcing is mainly about creativity. So in my opinion, virtual MOCs are true MOCs.
  2. Mini cylinders don't exist in LDD, so Efferman replaced them with the green assemblies.
  3. That's a nice idea, but the wheelbase is too long, and the container's mechanism isn't really practical. But on an other hand, I don't know how to improve it.
  4. Bienvenue sur Eurobricks Ameribricks (soon we'll have to change the forum's name to Frenchbricks ) ! I agree with the fact that a DW theme would be awesome ! ^^

I think you can use this part to attach the wheels. And to strenghten the chassis, add a plate, or even a brick, in the hole between the cabin and the three other "modules" (I don't know how they are called), because the chassis is only two plates thick. Beside the trans-clear ingots (on the top of the cab), the light bley glass, and the obvious lime Tile 1 x 1 with White and Red Gauge Pattern (and maybe some other parts I haven't noticed), I think every part exist, so no, it shouldn't be a problelm. ^^ There are just some flying parts : (That cab is magnificent !) Also, I'm currently rendering the MOC with POV-Ray. May I post it here when I my computer will have finished rendering ?

Alright, thank you very much ! And don't worry, I just want to see how it is built. I'm not even sure all the parts are avalible for real.

Awesome ! This is a really good MOC ! Would you mind sharing the .lxf file ?
  8. Hello everyone ! Here is my last medieval-themed MOC. It's a 16x16 vig, depicting Sir Rendyr Greydale, riding across the land on his horse. I firstly built the knight, inspired by the CMF Series 9's Heroic Knight, and Jaime Lannister, from Game of Thrones (I think that hairstyle is quite nice for him ^^). Then I gave him a steed, with some flags, and I built a little vignette around. I think it's a good way to learn making vegetations, and landscape. The picture links to the BrickShelf gallery (sorry for the pictures' quality) : Comments and criticisms are welcome, I hope you will like it !
  9. Nice ones Oky (as always) ! Here are a couple of mine, both about the Sith Fury-Class Interceptor : I hope the pictures aren't too big.
  10. You're talking about this part ? Well, yes, I think this would perfectly fit with this part and XT4's body, to make little MOCs, like chibi creatures. But I don't know how to do such a part, I don't even think it's possible, since the balljoint side requires about two studs, and the socket side too. I think this part would be very fragile if it was made for real. But... thank you ! Also, I would like to see more purple parts (especially hands and feet), and hands in gold, gunmetal, purple... There is too much black and silver, we need more ! Oh, and more medium azure parts.
  11. Hey, I had a similar idea some months ago, you can see some of "my" parts here (the topic is in french). I even designed some of those parts in CAD (the first three ones), and I will buy a 3D-printed vesion of them as soon as possible.

Hello ! As you might guess by the title, I'm from France ! I joined some time ago, but never posted, I was like a ghost, reading topics. I'm mostly a fan of Bionicle and Hero Factory, but I also like the Technic and medieval themes. I hope I won't get trouble because of that, but I have to admit that I'm not quite 18 (this is only a matter of months x) ), and this is why I never posted before, since this forum is reserved for AFOLs. But I eventually decided to post, because I think I am mature enough, and see myself as an adult. So I thought "Hey, why not ?".
