  1. Congratulations everyone, some nice stuff you did. Here's my favourites though (1 point each): 27) Wrestler Entry (Build by Diidy) 32) Deep Sea Diver Entry (Build by Torham) 52) Deep Sea Diver Entry (Build by graznador)
  2. +1 on making the classics/starter pokemon +1 on single stud pikachu +1 on original outfit for Ash btw tin7, after baking the sculpey, did you try sanding the models? Or is the texture from the paint? Are the tail and cap made out of sculpey too? Did you try doing them out of plastic, then cutting and heating it into shape. Would've been a pain to paint though. Anyway, kudos :D

Yup, one of my favourite small entries as well. What would you think of having the Officer hold the cuffs at his back, slightly hidden, and a gun in the right hand? Would that be too "brutal" ? Also, if you had any old, dented, broken pieces, I'd use them as basement walls ;) (though the de-colored bricks are nice too).

Tereglith: You don't have to use only tan bricks. Especially further down, a few sprinkles of brown would add a nice texture. You could also add some stuff they missed, on the outside of the MOC. Nice work

Agreed on both points. Lorentzen, maybe you could use some taps for the legs of the chair. As for the photoshop, try using a softer brush. Set the edge hardness to 0% and decrease opacity. Apply the dodge in small increments. You don't want it to change the color of the objects, just some highlights. To create sparkles, make some narrow selections and dodge there.

I agree with TheOtters, this MOC has loads of creative potential and you're not using it fully. Like, why not make it taller? like 2-3 levels. Then you could add some more pirates, maybe 2 guys drinking rum in the shade while the third is digging. It'd be nice if you could point out he's lower on the food-chain. The chest should be as high up as possible, suggesting, had they started digging 1 step further, they'd found it very soon. Maybe they held the map upside down .

Nice work Lorentzen. How about a swivel chair then? that could be smaller. And what about some weapons, or a dress ;) in the attic. You know, the treasure makes you think of conquest and bravery. Why not put something that contradicts that in the attic, for laughs. Or a pick-axe lodged into the wall, from the outside, held by a hook, suggesting and old accomplice (recently out of bussiness ). A Cuckoo clock would be great too. The fireplace could use a brown grill too, under the fire, imo. And maybe some orange transparent studs too. On presentation, try photographing it without a flash. Put your MOC next to a window with some semi-transparent curtains, that's a cheap soft box right there. Then you could emphasize some areas easily via Photoshop (use the dodge tool), like the fireplace or the torch in the basement, maybe even some sparkles on the gold.
