How to piece together a 10224.
So i did miss the 10224, i did wait to long. Got all the other buildings. I can't pay the 400-500 euro it cost new right now. Any suggestions how to best piece it together? I really don't care about the mini figures or of all parts are 100% correct. Should i use brick link or look somewhere else? Anyway to search wanted list on brick link to find the best price? Thanks

More EV3 builds?
So we got the 31313 and build most of them. Great fun. I have search some but i cant find that many custom downloads for the standard kit of 31313. There is the education kit, but when i check i have to add part for almost 200 euro and there is only like 4 builds (If i dont add 100 more and get the expansionpack) Any place to buy or get more builds? Sure we done a few by our self, but the done once are far more fun to try out! Cheers

What a great email!
Well me and my son have started playing with Lego. He is about 4 now. when my dad did hear about this he told me "We have saved the lego you did play with when you where a kid". I was thinking it would be 4-5 sets left (Since i know we did give some away) got a list in a email from him to day and all i can say is WOW. + He have build them all to check that they are complate (Guess he also must have had some fun;)) He is bringing everything over this weekend: 146 5510 Tecnic 6803 361 6820 Tecnic 376 6010 6822 379 6012 6841 6022 6842 607 6023 6872 621 6055 6881 622 623 6080 castle 6922 644 6930 690 6363 8040 Pneumatic 696 6381 8660 Tecnic 854 Tecnic 6627 8832 Tecnic 886 6647 8842 Tecnic 885 6655 8843 Pneumatic 889 6678 8845 Tecnic 891 6681 8846 Tecnic 897 6684 8848 Tecnic 6690 8852 Tecnic 1593 6694 6699 1972 Tecnic

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
Thanks. I did go for PF! I did order the following for my emerald night + 1 more train (need to make one or buy a set) [New Sealed] 8870 Power Functions Light (x1) ..... US $8.99 each = US $8.99 [New Sealed] 8878 Power Functions Rechargeable Battery Box (x2) ..... US $43.50 each = US $87.00 [New Sealed] 8887 Power Functions Transformer 10VDC (x1) ..... US $25.00 each = US $25.00 [New Sealed] 8866 Train Motor (Power Functions) (x1) ..... US $17.48 each = US $17.48 [New Sealed] 8879 ?? [New Sealed] 7996 Double Crossover Track - Brand New! In Factory Sealed Box! (x1) ..... US $24.98 each = US $24.98 [New Sealed] 8884 Power Functions IR Receiver - Brand New! In Factory Sealed Package! (x2) ..... US $26.98 each = US $53.96 [New Sealed] 8882 Power Functions XL-Motor - Brand New! In factory sealed package! (x1) ..... US $23.98 each = US $23.98 Think i got a nice price on the batterys! Guess i need to buy some tracks also, but that might be cheaper in store (they didnt have any PF in the store, but they had tracks) Did i miss anything or will this work for my emerald night + moc train 8866+8870+8884+8878 (or kit train) It did get expensive...

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
So if you buy a battery+ir+remote you can convert a RC to a PF? if so it might be a good thing buying a cheap RC train and later when the new PF releases convert it?

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
PF only offers the Technic gearing motor correct? I think the V9 motor with wheels look very easy for a kid to build on.

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
Ok, i guess 2 is what we need. I read alot posts now about V9 and PF. And to me it feels like the V9 is more kid friendly? Why? Well beacuse my son can more or less build what ever he likes on the V9 motor and have it running (If i'm correct;)) and with the PF he need to place batterypacks/cables/motors. However the V9 track doesnt feel kid friendly at all (Since you cant build it anyway you like) I'm not sure however if this is a problem or not?

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
So i need 1 speed regulator + power cable +track contacts for every train running?

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
Thanks Thomas. Is my list of V9 stuff correct? Or do i need to add anything to make the trains moving...?

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
Alot posts from me right now, sorry. But i trying to figure out exactly what i need. If i go for V9 i guess i only need: V9 Tracks V9 motor (10153 ??) Wagon Plate to build train ok V9 adapter (Really cheap right now) And i'm ready to go? Of course i cant use the emerald night, but it would be great to buy 2-3 motors and build all trains with my son insted of buying expensive batteryspacks (I guess i can use more then 1 train on a V9 track, correct?)

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
Guess it looks like this with the 6AA batterys, wow it looks bad: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=3941157

Buy V9 or wait for the new sets?
How much work is it to use the PF on 10133 and trains like that? It will be same cost as for emerald night for every train you put it on, and on V9 its only 1 motor, correct? So you can use the 8881 with 6 AA batterys and skip bot the 8887+8878? Sure its very handy with rechargeable batterys, but i got tons of AA that can be charged. if so its only 8882(or that smaller one)+8884+8881 for the extra trains? if so its not that bad.
