  1. I will get one for sure The idea of a liliputian pirate faction make me thinking of the famous Zelda video game...
  2. I voted Classic Pirates, for sure! I love the historic possibility of the Classic Pirates, and I don't really like the way everything in the Lego catalog is turning so fantastic. I like the Finch comment about neutrality, too.
  3. Wow, it is so exciting to think the dreams could become reality! Everything listed above would be realy useful!! My feelings : 1. Powdered wigs would be verry pleasing. They could be useful for civilians, or Officier. Like this : 2. New torsos, for pirates and Soldiers. 3. Smaller Cannons : some new firing cannons would be absolutely perfect! It would fit every ship, every island or a large number of kits. (By the way, if the small cannon is smaller than the existing ones, it could be nice once fitted on a field carriage, such as the Napoleon type) Well, 3 hopes are enough for me...
  4. Thanks everybody! Well, I am on the way to get 2 friends of mine "into the wilderness" A Western fan and an Star Wars one.... I hope to present a small Western battle using some Games-Workshop Historical rules at a convention in February. For sure, I will post pictures!!
  5. Thanks for your welcome Thanks Zorbas, I was on this topic just a few minutes ago! Quite impressive collection around there.... I am a Napoleonic enthusiastic, so the Blue Coats and Redcoats are really appealing to me!! and sorry for my English, I am using a web translator and my few knowledge...
  6. The RR. It has much more appealing color scheme, and I like the 2 sails. Sadly it has no steering wheel, but this can be easily fixed.

Hello to all !! My name is Michel, I live in Belgium and I am 23 years old. I am a fan of Lego since I received my first kit, the Black Ravens's casttle ... I was 4 or 5 years old, but I remember it as if it was yesterday! I received other numerous kits during my childhood, I liked especially the Pirates, Castle and Space ranges. I stopped buying Lego by 1999 I think, and I put myself in another passion: miniature wargaming. It is my present big passion, but I am recently spent in a toy department, and revelation!! The Pirate Lego gave me the urge to rerelease my boxes of Lego... So : why not to combine Wargame and Lego?? Some years ago I had noticed Steve Jackson's rules, wich allow to play naval battles with Lego, and I really want to test them! I think that the use of Lego for wargame, during wargames conventions, will attract people who would not have been attracted by the wargame at first. I hope for it in any case! And I would like to congratulate you on this magnificent forum, a true treasure of advice, novelties, etc, it reigns a great atmosphere there, bravo! Regards, Michel.
