  1. No worries mate, Im just pedantic sometimes when it comes to terminology of things Doesnt help that Im passionate about Pirate History and age of sail. Great channel for that I highly recommend
  2. Well first of all I think youre being too critical of yourself. Your first attempt isnt an utter disgrace as you put it, you shoudlve seen my first ships how bad they were. Its a great looking ship whit parts you got at the time! That aside, this one is a great improvement and upgrade to it! Youve come a long way in terms of shipbuilding techniques! Captain Charles J. Becker.
  3. Well its a neat little sloop I give you that. However it aint a Bermuda sloop, Bermuda sloops had instinctive raked mast that was slanted to give it that rogueish type look. For more info and detail see the video below: https://youtu.be/XW-kx6C4WNk?si=UjW8GPKduFF_Xu9r
  4. I seriosly hope POTC 6 never sees a light of day. They already did enough damage to the film franchise whit 4th and 5ft, why rub salt in the wounds and resurrect a zombie? Shoudlve stopped at the Trilogy.
  5. I used to do this as well in the olden days whit LDD. Very nice remakes!
  6. Very nice! I love how you kept the classical color scheme of the Imperial Armada!
  7. You know what, I had totally forgotten about that video and these..... Thanks for bringing it up again!
  8. There arent any offical instructions other than one singe picture as far as I know. So you had/Have to reverse engineer it from that often EDIT: There might be some fanmade model instructors online these days though who have made the instructions already, but I dont know any sites for em.
  9. It would work for any sailor/pirate I think, afteral beanies were very common sailor wear in the period. They didnt wear Cocked hats or bandanas as were let to believe.
  10. 3 for me. Displayability, and the cloth sails and flag are great. Modifications: Easy to do to make Her a Pirate/Trading vessel. Price: Not for me. I´ll happily skip this simply because of it.
  11. I mean... Techically speaking you could modify it to have Minifigures, But would it look too silly and small incomparison to the rest of the ship/the sails.... 270 is a salty price.... but 10 sails.... Plus the flag..... HELP ME! Someone grab me by the shoulders and tell me I dont need it!
  12. As you wish! Be ready to be glued back togehter! LOAD THE GRAPESHOT!!!
  13. I disagree whit that statement. Altough I love the Idea of more Lego Pirates, and ships to sail our way, making a minifigure scale large ships like Endeavour and Victory simply isnt realistic. The parts count would be trough the roof, and the price whit it. And altough Endurance is in miniature scale and hence costs a fortune! (Atleast what we know so far). I think we should go the opposite round! Go back to the roots, make simple, playsets, aimed for young audience! Just look at the Original Eldorado Fortress! Its simple, not a lot of parts. Sure its blocky and doesnt have all the detail the newer one has, but its was made to be played whit! AFOLs have ruined Lego, we expect bigger, better sets! And ofcourse we are ready to spend the money! But if youre a Kid, thats out of reach. Lego as a company is a Toy making company aimed mainly for Kids, whit evergrowing AFOL market. And Im not saying there shouldnt be ANY Expert AFOL lines out there. But we dont need 15000+ part HMS Lego Minifigure scale ships.
