Bricklinking Modular Buildings
Hi everyone, I finally decided to pull the trigger and collect the bricks for the Green Grocer. I managed to get the 1x2 sand green bricks with groove, but I'll swap out the 1x8 bricks to either 1x6+1x2 or 1x4+1x4 sand greens. (I also managed to get these bricks for an awesome price). I have the lbg 1x6 and 1x8 bricks, and the earth green 1x2 and 1x4 bricks too. Now, I'll need the other pieces, which are mainly basic plates, tiles, some smaller lbg and tan bricks, black roofs, etc. What do you think, how much would it cost to get the rest from online PAB or Bricks and Pieces? (I would like to buy only brand new, fresh parts, that's why I'm asking it.) :) My goal is to spend maximum around 100-150USD for these basic, smaller parts. Edit: I don't need the minifigures, they aren't that important in this case. :)

[MOC] Mr. Groove's Pet Shop (Modular Building)
@LittleworldsThank you! :D To be honest, I haven't built interior for it, because I had no time (the contest ends on the 12th, I wanted to submit it asap, so if they don't approve it I can correct the issues), but the MOC still stays on my desk, so actually I could try to build something.. :) Thanks!

[MOC] Mr. Groove's Pet Shop (Modular Building)
Hi dear EB members! I'd like to introduce you my latest MOC, Mr. Groove's Pet Shop, which is a 16x32 corner modular building. I used only the pieces from the 10218 Pet Shop set to build this one. I'll only post one image of it here, because the main reason I've built it is the video: I needed to make a video animation of it for a contest. Let me know if you like it! :) Image: Video:

PAB Cups: What Did You Get?
Hey everyone, I have a question about the part selection in European stores. I see many people posting images of their PAB haul full of sand green pieces. I'd like to buy 1x2 sand green plates in a large quantity for an upcoming MOC, but I don't know if there are any sand green element in the European Brand Stores? I couldn't find any information about this. Anyone know something about this? :)

Thank you! Actually I've worked more on Erling's Café, but I'm glad you like the hotel too! :)

[MOC] Mini Modulars: Grand Hotel and Erling's Café
Hey everyone, Like many LEGO fans around the world, I've built some MOCs too for the Rebrick Mini Building Madness contest, not only because I saw the awesome prize package, but I realized that I've never built a model in this scale and I thought it would be fun. Well, yes, it was so much fun, and it was quite challenging at some points, so I think now could share my mini modulars with you. :) Grand Hotel Every LEGO city needs a hotel, where the tourists and guests can enjoy their spare time. This is actually my first ever mini modular and I really enjoyed building it. The most challenging part of it was to connect the different sections/floors. You can see all building techniques that I've used on the last image below. I built some bits of the ground floor and 1st floor using SNOT techniques and the roof is actually completely built upside down. Erling's Café This is my 2nd and unfortunately last entry to this contest. I think this was my most challenging MOC ever, but I enjoyed every moment of it! :) Erling's Café? Yes. I've used many 1x1 headlight bricks (also known as Erling Brick after its designer) in my model, so I thought it would be a cool name for it. Oh, have you noticed the custom sticker? The inspiration for that came from the coffee shop (Assembly Square set). I've tweaked the brick built logo a little bit and made my own version. :) (Psssst, have you noticed the custom sticker?! ;) ) Not sure if I can post links here, but you can find more images of these mini modulars on Flickr.
